SCOTTISH JUDGE WINDSOR 13

Scottish Terriers

Your entry of 49, with 4 absentees, gave me 45 Scots to judge. I had a good day.

Fronts are a big problem. The breed Standard asks for: "Head carried on muscular neck of moderate length showing quality, set into long sloping shoulders, brisket well in front of straight, well boned forelegs to straight pasterns. Chest fairly broad and hung between forelegs which must not be out at the elbow nor placed under body.” Having read the above, now go over your own dog! I will leave you, the owner, to answer that one!

V (5)

1 Hovagimyan’s Multi Ch Verascott Ask For The Moon, black bitch of quality, lovely run in, low to ground, level topline on the move;

2 Mahmoudi’s Ch/Swed Ch Brio Inquizitive, black bitch most of the above comments are repeated, low to ground moved well. Just preferred the run in on 1 to 2. Another day these could change places;
