SCOTTISH JUDGE WELSH KC 18 Judge: Mrs Z Thorn-Andrews BEST OF BREED : 4609 EMMINS Mrs M Miss Catastrophe Du Moulin De Mac Gregor SCOTTISH JUDGE WELSH KC 18 MPD (4, 1) 1 Pratty & Briggs' Divadell Dr Zhivago. BP. Really nice puppy, good front and bone, well knit feet, strong neck for age, level back and super quarters, a touch short in ribbing underneath. Promising. 2 Lidgett'sa Divadell Dr Strangelove. Nice also but front is situated under him rather than 'slung'. Lovely head and ear set, ok for bone, good behind and body coming on well. 3 Tyler's Divadell Dr Feelgood. 1 Harrison-Brown's Eskwyre Carlito's Way. Liked his head and eye shape and has deep pigment, broad, strong jaws, neck a wee bit short, needs a little more angulation front and rear but he is balanced and moves well, wonderful body and good hard coat. 1 & CC, Cockayne's Saredon Boom Time. Lovely to go over, very typical 'slung' front with tight elbows, good length of neck, topline looks a little dipped on moving but he is very level and strong in back, excellent rear and well set tail, a super boy in lovely condition and muscletone. 2 Tyler's Divadell Room At The Top. A little cheeky in skull and front a little under him, super body and topline is firm and level, a wee bit more rear angulation would improve. 3 Rees' Rabbonai Ringleader At Miacarla. 1 & Res CC, Farrand's Ceilidh Quantum Maxxum At Amberyl. Good length of head, neat ears carried at the correct angle, sound front, feet could be thicker maybe, well made body and level back, good quarters, very bouncy moving and not coping with the grass so well as the limit dog. 1 Norton's Divadell River Song. Really nice 6 mth old, full of life and bounce, good head and eyes set correctly, promising front, good body for age and neat quarters, movement can still settle of course! 1 Bradley & Herd's Brueik's Olivia Rose. Nice on the table and has a gorgeous head, enough neck, fairly short back, ok in rear, movement a problem for her and the second as they body were going to bounce around! 2 Coley's Kingsview Just Patience. Mouth not quite holding to a scissor bite and topline a little roached, short back, tail set bang on top, also difficult to assess moving. 1 Becquet & Darby's Minorlines Royal Imperial Becscott. Cracking young bitch, lovely head and expression, very typical, neat ears, not set too close together, ok in front and her bone and feet are good, short, sturdy body and powerful rear for a junior, tail set well up and she moved well all ways. 1 & RCC, Norton's Divadell Izzy Whizzy. Smart and good moving smooth and powerful in her stride, pleasing head and eyes, good neck, ok in front leg placement but she could do with more slope to upper arm, great body and ribbing, sound behind, outmoved her opposition to take the Res CC. 2 Hoare's Brueik Bright And Beautiful At Glenaffric. Finding the grass a bit of a problem and not moving too well in the ring, good feminine head, ok in front, feet too flat, slightly long in back, coat in good order. 1, CC & BOB, Emmins' Catastrophe Du Moulin De Mac Gregor. She has a real swagger moving which is so typical of the breed at its best. I liked her length of head and neck which match well to her back length, good quarters and bend of stifles, ears carried right at about '5 to 1', alert and shows beautifully. 1 Coley's Ch Kingsview Just Feya. Not terribly enthusiastic moving and pulling back on the lead, standing looked a picture, head good, broad strong jaws, fair front, well ribbed to level back, maybe a little more hind angulation would improve, well presented coat and body in good order.
