SCOTTISH JUDGE SOUTHERN COUNTIES 21

My thanks to all who entered and my apologies for the appalling lateness of this critique. It is entirely my own fault, I thought I had sent it in, but a letter from the KC soon put a rocket where I did not want one, and here it is. I do not have my original notes from the day so am working from memory. If you want to give me a hard time about my tardiness you can always find me at the Stafford ring. My apologies again to one and all.

PD (2) 1 Coley’s Kingsview Just Jordan. BD & BPIB. Tidy dog who was well presented, nice head and decent balance, moved ok and was Best Puppy.

2 Woolsey’s Lochgems First Edition.

JD (1) 1 Skudder’s Honeypaws Sweet Talking Guy. RBD. I like this chap a lot, but would have preferred a bit more of him, presented to the minute and is very stylish. Has potential.

LD (3, 1)

1 Wilcock & Hebditch’s Millingford King Of Hearts. Good solid dog with all the essentials, good length to his head, decent neck, compact body and moved ok.

2 McCracken’s Our Black Jack.

SBD (2) 1 McCracken’s Our Black Jack. Second in LD. Good solid chap, decent coat, dark eye and plenty of substance, seemed to be enjoying himself.

2 Woolsey’s Lochgems First Edition.

GCD/B (1)

1 Greenwood’s Carisco Return Amber To Petmon. RBB. Good honest bitch, somewhat outgunned by the BOB winner, but many will be. Nice head, enough neck, compact body and moved ok.
SBB (2) 1 Greenwood’s Carisco Return Amber To Petmon. First in GCD/B.

2 Lockwood’s Filisite Brash Living Miracle At Lochgems.

JB (1)

1 Caley’s Honeypaws Amazing Gracie. Straightforward bitch, with all the essentials, dark eye, well set ears, plenty of substance and moved and handled ok.

LB (4)

1 Webster’s Glengracie Miss Mercury Of Pepilarue. Decent bitch who was turned out well, she has plenty of substance and decent balance. Good eye ear and mouth, plenty of substance and she moved ok.

2 Lockwood’s Blackberry Pepperberry At Lochgems.

3 Sykes’ Sandbourne In Your Dreams.

OB (1)

1 Plane’s Miss Stuane Of Wild Briar. BB, BOB & Group 1. Stood away here for style and type, good head, very good balance, presented well and moved well. Was well chuffed when she won the group. If I had a longer arm I would have been patting myself on the back. Thankyou for bringing her.
