SCOTTISH JUDGE SKC AUGUST 11

Scottish Terrier:

PD (3.1)

1. Earl’s Rolanka Bucks Fizz. Nicely made Wheaten with good shape and outline developing, strong head, level topline, well made quarters producing good drive.

2. Aiken’s Slievecroob Chris Cracker. Not as forward as 1, with coat still to come through properly, a little unsettled on the move.

JD (2.1)

1. Aiken’s Slievecroob Teddy. Strong head of good proportions, but at just 11 months, body to finish, and more maturity to come.

PGD (2)

1. Pollock’s Millingford Winter Lion. Strong type throughout, super harsh coat, well made quarter with well set tail, not settling well on the move.

2. Cardy’s Blackthorpe Jet Ranger of Brettvale. Finer type, and smaller all round than 1.

LD (3)

1. Chapman’s Berrybreeze Dizzee Rascal. Quality young dog I admired a lot, with many positive virtues, good head, well made shoulders, deep body, good coat, level topline and held well on the move. Res Dog CC.

2. Lawrence’s Sweetgarret My Wee Geordie. Strong type, longer cast than 1, would have liked more animation. 3. Cardy’s Blackthorpre’s Jet Ranger of B.

OD (5)

1. Tovey’s Ch Trackside Flyingscotsman at Charmac. Quality dog and not hard to understand Ch in front of his name, super balance and substance, great expression coming from dark well set eye and well place ears which he used well, deep chest, well bodied, close harsh coat, moved with ease and power. Dog CC.

PB (2)

1. Chapman’s Berrybreeze Glad All Over. Very attractive and appealing with lots of potential for a bright future, nice shape with plenty behind the tail, a little unsure of herself in the conditions today, but pulled herself together when it mattered to produce good true movement. Best Puppy.

2. Kenny’s Millingford Cloudberry. Another who was unsettled by the conditions, but nice type but not as forward as 1.

3. Beckton’s Glengracie Toffee Crisp.

JB (0)

PGB (3)

1. Cardy’s Brettvale Dusky Maiden. Neat head and outline, nice shape and size, nice coat.

2. Lawrence’s Turnaware Tarri of Sweetgarret. Longer body than 1, and not settling on the move.

LB (4.1)

1. Kenny’s Millingford Royal Affair. Initially put off by the strong winds, but managed to settle and move well when required, good head and ears, strong neck with clean front, good body with well set tail.

2. Annan’s Lomondview Catalina. Nice size and good basic shape, flat skull with strong jaw and large white teeth, well rounded ribs, good quarters with deep thighs.

3. Cardy’s Magandthan Summer Explorer of Brettvale.

OB (7)

1. Plan’s Ch Stuane Florette. Brindle with quality stamped throughout and a pleasure to go over, super balance and retaining feminine appearance, best of heads, strong neck, good body with level topline, all of the right proportions, well angulated rear producing powerful driving movement, in great coat. Bitch CC, BOB and G1.

2. Mahmoudi’s Brio Inquizitive. Clean head carried on strong neck, good shoulders, well ribbed body with deep chest, nice type throughout. Res Bitch CC.

3. Annan’s Lomondview Yours Truly.
