Pollock’s Millingford Winter Lion. 7.1/2 year old and looking very much the part, nice size, low and thick set, good length of head, well proportioned neck and body with well set tail, coat in good condition, moved with style. JD (1) 1. Coley’s Kingsview Just Samuel. Very nice type but let himself down on the move and needs a little more confidence, when deciding to move correctly movement was fine, nice head profile, strong neck, short back, in good coat. PGD (2) 1. Boyce’s Trakside Myths and Legends. Very well presented and shown to advantage, nice size and retaining good substance, well proportioned head, good neck and well ribbed body, coat very good, moved out well. 2. Newman’s Stuane Coastguard. Unlucky to meet 1, good length of head, correct bite, well laid shoulders, nicely bodied, very soundly made throughout, not as fluid on the move as winner. LD (2) 1. Pagram’s Topcraig Sydnificant. Good overall type, size and shape and ticked a lot of boxes, good head and expression, well made neck and shoulders, short back with level topline and well set tail, harsh coat, sound mover. Res Dog CC. 2. Beckton’s Glengracie Galileo. Good length of head, well set ears, dark eye, good mouth, nicely bodied, very harsh coat in good order, not as true in rear movement as 1. OD (2) 1. Nice size and balance presenting a very appealing picture, typical head demonstrating strength and power, broad chest, well made front, nice body with good tailset and plenty of substance behind the tail, very good coat, moved with style and purpose. Dog CC and BOB. 2. Crawshaw’s Trakside Wellington at Levenkirk. Larger type throughout, strong and powerfully built, not always helping himself on the table or on the move. MPB (1) 1. Kenny, Marriot & Marriot’s Pandora’s Box at Millingford. 6 mths and making debut in the Showring, nice overall shape, keen and aware and full of puppy exuberance, when settling to the task showed lots of potential.
