SCOTTISH CRUFTS 16 Scottish Terrier Judge(s): MR W MOORE-McCLOSKEY SCOTTISH JUDGE CRUFTS 16 Scottish Terriers I would like to thank my very efficient stewards & the KC official who made judging so much easier, also the exhibitors from home & abroad the ringside audience who came to support. Since I last judged the breed movement has improved & only two exhibits failed in bite. VD 1 Hill’s Polwicks Black Tourmaline of Tahmor, black dog, good bone, short coupled, moved with drive, well presented, well balanced head; 2 Hovagimyan’s Ch/Fr/Bel/Fin/Lux/Dutch/Swiss/Dan/Dvdh/Dkft/Ir/Sp/It/Cr/Bos/Gib/Int Ch Tamzin Mr Prospector, another good black dog, flet he did not have the drive of 1 today. PD 1 Marriott & Kirk’s Millingford King’s Choice, nice puppy, well balanced, short coupled, needs to tighten up but has a very promising future in my opinion. BP; 2 Etoes’ Glenmiar Sorcerer at Jancliff, good pu7ppy cast, slightly longer than 1. JD 1 Aiken’s Lomandivew Cappuccino at Shevecroob, well balanced wheaten, good head, neat eras, good shoulder placement, short coupled, correct front, moved with great drive, well presented; 2 Boyce’s Trackside Myths & Ledgends, nice black, again well balanced & presented, moved well, nice head, short coupled, good front, low to ground, not the drive of 1. PGD 1 Osipova’s Snailand Igneus Proximus, well balanced, short coupled, great head, good front, well sprung rib, good bone, moved with great drive, presented well. CC, BOB; 2 Hovagimyan’s Verascott Jumpin Jack Flash, balanced, well presented, moved well, good front & rib. LD 1 Hill’s Samstevever Gold Amulet, wheaten, good head, nice front, short coupled, well presented, moved with drive; 2 Marsalova’s Glengraceie Golden Daze, good head, moved well, not the rib of 1. OD 1 Artemenko’s Rus/Fin/Mol/Int Ch Moe Ocharovanie Cheroki Fenix, great bone, well balanced head, neat ears, good front, short coupled, well presented, moved with great drive. RCC; 2 Kovaleva’s Rus Ch Glenheath Entrepreneur, not much separated 1 & 2 on this occasion, only movement on the drive. GCD 1 Greenwood’s Petmon Royal Magician, nice layback, good spring of rib, short coupled, well presented, moved well. VB 1 Soulier’s Int/Mo/Mk/Pt/Bel/De Kft/Ger Ch Divine Lady Du Cercle Des Gentlemen Terri, nice black bitch, moved well, presented well, good bone, feminine head, short coupled; 2 Hovagimyan’s Fr/Bel/Ir/Swiss/D/Int Ch Verascott Ask For The Moon, well presented & moved well. MPB 1 Rutherford’s Apsla Madam Midas of Carisco, lovely minor puppy, everything correct, just needs time to mature. PB 1 Chapman-Bradley & Heard’s Brueik All The Ace’s, nicely balanced, good front, low to ground, short coupled, one for the future; 2 Kenny’s Marriott & Kirk’s Millingford Fire Queen, nice head, good front, low to ground, needs time to mature. JB 1 Bichel-Schnock’s Sir Darnley’s Zophisticated Zusan, very nice puppy, good balance, front correct, short coupled, moved well; 2 Wilde’s Blackthorpe Bryony, well balanced, clean head, short coupled, needs time to settle. PGB 1 Khenkina’s Gemma Stonehenge Tavel, super bitch, presented & moved very well, beautiful clean head, well placed ears, dark almond eyes, good front, good spring of rib, carried well back, short coupled, coat in perfect order. CC. LB 1 Rutherford’s Carisco My Leading Lady, nicely balanced, clean head, good front, low slung, short coupled, moved & presented well. LB 1 Chapman’s Berry Breeze Born To Boogie, balanced clean head, good front, low slung, short coupled, moved well; 2 Lawrence’s Chatterdale Dark Star of Sweetgarret, very little separated from one another, nice bitch, could change places another day. OB 1 Bichel-Schnock’s D/l/Nl/Int Ch Sir Darnley’s Uncut Unity, balanced head, clean with well placed ears, good front, low slung, good rib, short coupled, moved well. RCC; 2 Capece Minutolo’s Ch Raglan Rachel Rose, good length of head, good front, rib & short coupled, moved well & presented to perfection. GCB 1 Greenwood’s Petmon Miss Tiggywinkle, nice compact bitch, presented & moved well. W MOORE-MCCLOSKEY
