SCOTTISH JUDGE BOURNEMOUTH 11

Scottish Terriers
PD (2)

1 Marshall’s Rolanka Pass The Buck to Benartybrae, lovely wheaten pup with the head, build & development in body so far. Has the front, strong rearquarters & balance of outline, liked his action, drive at the rear & the coat coming through. BP;

2 Beardshore’s Forestree Mighty Oak, good development in head length, has the ear & eye set, neck, front & muscled rearquarters. Slightly longer in back at this stage with balance to come.

JD (1)

1 Greenwood’s Petmon Royal Magician, strong solid young dog of 13 months with the length in head, good jaw & muzzle, strong & straight in topline & well muscled in rearquarters. Has the chest & body development so far. Liked the action on front & rear with the easy free stride on side gait. Well handled. RBD.

PGD (2)

1 Greenwood’s Petmon Light Of My Life, typical head balance of skull & muzzle, strength in jaw, powerful dog. Not quite the length in neck but solid body, chest & topline give him the power & rearquarters the driving action to move smoothly;

2 Hill’s Polwicks Black Tourmaline of Tahgmor, well made, slightly longer in outline but still makes a nice shape. Strength in muzzle, large set teeth & strong bite, chest & body with muscle on the hindquarters, moved OK.

LD (3)

1 Marshall’s Benartybrae Bugatti, well balanced in shape & strength, carries the length in skull with the width & overall proportions, good jaw & earset, neck, topline & tailset, strong in body & bone, moved well;

2 Chick’s Brueiks Magical Connection, great condition in build & coat, has the head, neck, body, chest & front, strength in bone & muscletone. Just not pulling himself to the alertness & instinct needed to show himself at his best;

3 Hill’s Bonnieanne Norman of Tahgmor.

OD (2)

1 Farrand’s Ch Amberyl Beinn Mor, impressive, good overall balance & shape, has the length & strength in head, good front, strongly made body & muscled topline. Coat cover, tailset & drives well on the move, front, side & backend, going well with his handler. BD;

2 B Norman of T, strong boy with proportions in head, jaw & earset, good body & chest. Could tighten in front but has the topline & powerful rearquarters. Good type but not quite up with 1 on the move.

PB & JB (0).

PGB (2)

1 Greenwood’s Petmon Miss Tiggywinkle, has the overall type & balance between head & body, well made in front, chest, rib & rear quarters. Liked her on the move with positive action going well in front & rear with the attitude & activity. RBB;

2 Orr’s Blackthorpe Betty On The Box, strong, well muscled, length & strength of head type, outline, shape & style. More to come on the move to give her the advantage.

LB (0).

OB (1)

1 Plane’s Stuane Florette, quality & impressive young lady with the balance, shape & style, has the head, eye & earset with the strength in jaw, active, alive & alert with the air of expectancy, built well in front, body & topline, excellent coat, good tail & muscled rearquarters, sound on the move with true front & rear action, flowed with the smooth easy side gait required. Felt she had the slightly better overall balance & movement in the challenge. BOB & G2.
