SCOTTISH BORDER UNION 26 Judge: Mr Ken Bartlett (Dwilencia) PD (1) 1. Hovagimyan's Kingsview Just Dan Verascot. 9 months, a smart youngster of type, good in head, good for bone and muscle for age, short back, well set tail, correct coat, moves really well, BPIB. JD (1) 1. Ashworth's Lochgems Sole Sensation for Naviba. Pleasing for type, clean through head, neck fits in well placed shoulders, well ribbed, firm top-line, good width in rear, harsh well presented coat, pleasing on the move. YD (1) 1. Nicol's Celmareva Go The Distance at Ropebbie. Liked his head with well set ears, well boned front legs, well sprung ribs, strong in rear and correct angulation, moves out well. GD (1) 1. McNiven/Bryson's Dajaveil Dugald Drumguish. Good head, well placed eyes and ears, clean neck, firm in top-line, deep chest and well ribbed, tail well set, well presented, moved with drive. PGD (1) 1. Chapman/Tyler's Berrybreeze Soul Man. Not moving so well today but pleasing to go over, long head with keen Terrier expression, correct angulation front and rear, short firm top-line, carries a good tail, in good coat. LD (3,1) 1. Nixon's Tout Nouveau Tout Beau Du Clan Des Petits Colonel Karmaristol JW ShCEx. Pleasing for breed type, head correct for length and width, ears well set, well placed shoulders, short back, well ribbed, good width behind a well set tail, moved true both ways. 2. McNiven/Bryson's Frazandmitch Top of The Game at Dajaveil ShCEx. Nicely balanced all through, pleasing in head, slight stop between dark almond shaped eyes, well set ears, nice bone and feet, level top-line, correct in coat as was movement. OD (6,2) 1. Plane's Ch. Stuane Craftsman. A strong made dog, best of heads with neat small well set and used ears, neck flows into well placed shoulders, well bodied with firm top-line and a good tail set with width behind, well presented, looked good from all angles, DCC & BOB. 2. Maidment's Ch. Berrybreeze Wisdom. Another quality dog for type, good head with alert expression, strong in neck, solid in body, level back, in correct coat, moved with drive, RDCC. 3. Aiken's Ir Ch. Slievecroob Biscuit. VD (2) 1. Nitka's Szkocka Elita Hubercik. 7 years and still in good condition, nice for size, typical head, well bodied, strong in rear, showing well on the move. 2. Nicol's Captain Matt at Ropebbie. Another 7 year old who moved and showed well, clean head, neck, well ribbed, good for bone, correct coat. PB (4,3) 1. Chapman's Berrybreeze Bewitched. A lively young bitch of 6 months, lovely head, correct eyes and ears, nice in body for age, good in coat, moves well around the ring. JB (3,1) 1. Hovagimyan's Verascott A Sky Full of Stars. Feminine head, neck into well placed shoulders, well ribbed, level top-line, correct tail, well made hindquarters, best of coats, moved well when settled. 2. Lockwood's Tatuin Tropicana at Lochgems. Good head proportions, well placed eyes, well ribbed, firm in top-line, in good coat and a well set tail. GB (3) 1. McNiven/Bryson's Dajaveil Tromie Meadow. Clean head with correct shaped eye, good front and rear angulation, good in body and coat, pleasing to watch on the move. 2. Vallally's Bokoppie Black Star. Feminine head, just enough neck into shoulders, straight well boned legs, chest deep, short back and strong in rear, shows well. 3. Aiken's Slievecroob Mac Duff. PGB (1) 1. Aiken's Slievecroob Mac Duff. Pleasing for shape and size with good bone and muscle, well sprung ribs, nice width behind, a good tail and strong in hindquarters, well presented. LB (5,2) 1. Chapman's Berrybreeze Burnt Toast. A lovely bitch, she has a good head, mouth and dark eyes, layback of shoulder and depth to well sprung ribs, correct in top-line and tail, in good coat and moves true. 2. Kirk Gellatly's Kingsview Just Eleanor. A well presented bitch, well balanced in head with keen expression, neck flows into correct shoulders, short firm back, clean in coat, moves out well. 3. Maidment's Berrybreeze She's The One. OB (7,3) 1. Kenny-Marriott/Marriott's Millingford Out of The Blue. Liked everything about this bitch, well balanced all through, correct head proportions and in body and tail set, well presented, moved with drive, BCC. 2. Plane's Ch. Stuane Special Surprise. Another quality one and pleasing to go over, well presented as usual from this kennel, RBCC. 3. Hovagimyan's Ch. Perhaps Special Edition at Verascott. VB (2) 1. Hovagimyan's Ch/Multi Ch. Verascott Pearl Queen. 8 years old and still moves and shows so well, well balanced all through, correct in head, neck and shoulders and in body, coat correct, moved out well to get get BV and pleased to see her get 4th in Group. 2. Maidment's Quaint Sabayon (imp FIN). 10 years and still going strong, feminine head, good eye and ear set, lovely depth of body, firm in top-line, carries a good tail, correct coat. Ken Bartlett |
