PARSON RUSSELL JUDGE SKC OCTOBER 24
Many thanks to the officers and committee for putting on “two” well run championship shows. Thanks too, to the exhibitors for their small but quality entry and for presenting their charges in such good condition and all exhibits were easily spanned.
Class 189 PD (2 Entries) Abs: 0
1st: 7389 MANSON, Ms D : Dramalex Strictly Business In Vixenview – A veryy promising puppy, well schooled and alert, good head, eye and ears giving a super expression, good length of neck into well placed shoulders, good strength of back for a puppy and showing a slight rise over the loin, straight front and very good rear angulation, covered the ground well with drive from behind.
2nd: 7375 BAKER, Mr & Mrs Martin & Jane : Ryzing Star Via Pacolito – He was a little unsettled today and difficult to asses properly, was holding his ears back which didn’t help his expression, he has a lovely outline and all in proportion, has a super turn of stifle, moved with drive once he got going.
Class 190 JD (2 Entries) Abs: 0
1st: 7387 MANSON, Ms D : Vixenview Silent Uh Sass In – Quite a showman. Has a super outline when stood, is masculine throughout, has a flat skull, good ear set and was using them well, lovely neck into well laid shoulders, super straight front, good strength of back, coat in very good condition, moved well in all directions.
2nd: 7383 HOOLEY, Mr And Mrs Mark And Margaret : Forgefox Roll The Dice At Hoolmark – Still a touch raw and needs to mature as he looked a little rangy, good head shape, ears just a touch heavy, he has a lovely neck and shoulders, good topline and tailset, moved well and feel sure he will just get better as he matures.
Class 193 OD (5 Entries) Abs: 0
1st: 7396 SMITH, Mrs K & SMITH, Misses J & A : Alncroft Hijack – A well balanced mature dog which ticks all the boxes of the standard and is so easy to go over, easily spanned, strong bone and looks like he could do a days work. Has a flat skull, ears of good size and well positioned, clean muscular neck as called for in the standard, well laid back shoulders, good strong topline, gun barrel front and complementing well muscled hindquarters showing a good turn of stifle, he moves freely in profile and covers the ground well, I found him quite impressive and pleased to award him the CC and BOB
2nd: 7373 BAKER, Mr & Mrs Martin & Jane : Ch Pacolito Resurrection JW – He was pushing hard in this class, another quality male, presented on tip top form, very well shaped head, dark eye and strong jaw, strong neck into well angulated shoulders, good topline and tail set, straight front on tight feet, has a super coat and pelt, moved well holding his topline with good drive from the rear.
