PARSON JACK RUSSELL PAIGNTON 10 Judge: Mr David Shields PARSON JACK RUSSELL JUDGE PAIGNTON 10 Parson Russell Terriers MPD (2) 1 Vaughan’s Parruss Comanche Chief, very promising youngster, best of heads, clean front, good layback of shoulder, pleasing legs & feet, well developed quarters for age, good tailset & carriage, very sound on the move, one for the future. BPD; 2 Bigland’s Heythorp Tailwind, good type, pleasing eye & expression, scores in neck & shoulder, firm topline, well rounded hindquarters, good pelt & coat. Sound but not quite as positive on the move as 1. PD (2) 1 Baker’s Pacolito Phormula One, well made throughout with excellent muscletone, balanced head, pleasing eye, straight front, good reach of neck in well placed shoulders, powerful quarters, soundest of movers; 2 Bigland’s Heythorp Thunderstruck, typy youngster of good size & pleasing balance, best of fronts, good legs & feet, well angulated hindquarters, correct tailset, easily spannable. Just needs to tighten in front on the move. JD (2,1a) 1 Newport & Baker’s Ratscallion Tactical Play, balanced throughout, good head shape, neat well set ears, best of fronts, small well padded feet, good body shape, thick pelt, in good coat, very sound on the move. PGD (3) 1 Chapman’s Foxwarren Finder, workmanlike outlook with pleasing conformation throughout, good head with dark eye & keen expression, best of legs & feet, well developed body, moved well; 2 Burnhill’s Avonwylde Warrior, good size & well muscled throughout, strong neck, firm back, nicely rounded quarters, well bent stifles, sound; 3 Sheldon’s Jacksden Lord Nelson. LD (3) 1 Swift & Parr’s Spellbert Captain Jack, lovely balanced dog, excellent outline, best of heads with good strength of muzzle, well set ears, straight front standing on good legs & feet, very clean over the neck & shoulders, good strength of loin, well set tail, moved soundly on a free & easy stride. RCC; 2 Sutton’s Pacolito Personna at Springbeck, good type, size & outlook, balanced head, good eye & expression, strong muscular neck set in well placed shoulders, pleasing topline & tailset, good bend of stifle, sound positive mover; 3 Burnhill’s Avonwylde Stormer. OD (4) 1 Sollis’ Mister Bonamonty, gave him BP a couple of years ago & has definitely fulfilled that early promise, lovely size, easily spanned, of excellent make & shape, best of heads, dark expressive eyes & alert keen expression, good front, clean well muscled neck, well laid back shoulders, good length of upper arm, strong firm body, well let down hocks, soundest of movers, on his toes at all times. CC & BOB; 2 Baker’s Ch Giftwrapped of Lovealoch to Pacolito, good type, impressive head with best of expressions, good strength of underjaw, excellent legs & feet, well bodied, nicely angulated hindquarters, good coat & pelt, moved well; 3 Denby-Gardener’s Ammanday Augury. MPB (2) 1 Newport’s Pacolito Secret Image, pleasing make & shape, best of heads, good eye shape, lovely front for age, well boned, good neck & shoulders, strong quarters, well developed second thigh, very sound on the move. Just needs to firm up in topline; 2 Bigland’s Pacolito Phirstrater, pretty baby with very feminine outlook, good size, pleasing bone & substance, balanced head, pleasing topline & tailset, once she settled moved well. PB (2) 1 Baker’s Pacolito Persistant, quality youngster of excellent type & balanced throughout, best of heads, good dark eye & alert expression, very clean over the neck & shoulders, straight front, easily spanned, strong firm topline, well muscled hindquarters for her age, sound positive mover. BP; 2 Chapman & Ferguson’s Foxwarren Lollipop, very typical in head, good strength of muzzle, pleasing front assembly, good legs & feet, well made quarters, good bend of stifle, sound on the move. JB (1) 1 Guppy’s Aurgwen Margurite, pleasing head & eye, very good coat & pelt, best of hindquarters, well handled. Just carrying a little weight over the neck & shoulders. PGB (3) 1 Newport’s Digaden Glamouruss, good size & shape, pleasing conformation throughout & very well balanced, typy head of correct proportions, expressive dark eye, straight front, good topline & tailset, well muscled hindquarters, best of coats & pelt, sound on the move; 2 Dolman’s Pacolito Phirstpick to Maxtay, slightly taller on the leg than 1, but still presents a pleasing outlook, best of heads, good strength of muzzle, correct eye shape, pleasing legs & feet, good strength of body, moved well; 3 Cox’s Monty Lass. LB (7) 1 Bigland’s Heythrop Tiadrop, quality bitch throughout, lovely size, make & shape, well balanced head, good strength of muzzle, best of expressions, strong muscular neck of good length, well laid back shoulders, pleasing body shape, good depth but still easily spannable, correct topline & tailset, well angulated hindquarters, in excellent coat & condition, sound positive mover. CC; 2 Sutton’s Pacolito Maid A Phortune at Springbeck, top class bitch who pushed 1 all the way, very sound throughout, lovely balance & of excellent conformation, best of heads, dark eye & keen expression, straight front, good legs & feet, pleasing body shape, good bend of stifle, well let down hocks, true & precise on the move. RCC; 3 Baker’s Pacolito Phalattery. OB (11) Lovely class to judge, with a lot of good bitches going cardless. 1 Vaughan’s Parruss Star Spangled, old favourite of mine who I have done well before, just thought she had the edge on movement over a lot of lovely bitches, very close decision though. Good size, very typical in head, well balanced with correct eye & alert expression, best of fronts, good neck & shoulders, firm topline, good tailset & carriage, very sound on the move with good reach & drive; 2 Baker’s Pacolito Pickpocket at Spellbert, different stamp & style of bitch, but very typical & of pleasing make & shape throughout, well balanced, good head & eye, neat ears, very clean over the neck & shoulders, nicely bodied, well developed hindquarters, soundest of movers; 3 Swift & Parr’s Pacolito Picture Monkey.
