GD (3) 1 Sutton’s Pacolito Persona at Springbeck, lovely t/w, nice head & correct bite, good front & shoulders, tight feet, good coat, thick pelt, pleasing spannable body, went well; 2 Frost-Copping & Davies’ Goldfern Grand Lad, tri headed, lots to like, harsh coat, spannable, went well with good drive; 3 Hughes & Cutler’s Trumpmoor Valentino. PGD (3) 1 Liddell’s Alnecroft Arctik, eye catching, nice head & expression, good bite, lovely front & feet, ribs back & spannable, good coat, thick pelt, correct topline, moved & handled well; 2 Highfields Bradpole Beau of Guestwick, typy, good head, dark eye, correct bite, spannable, good coat, strong quarters, nice bend of stifle, moved & handled well; 3 Kannangara’s Lenacourt Lunar Eclipse. CC & BOB; 2 Sollis’s Mister Bonamonty, cracking t/w, so much to admire, so typy, grand head, nice size, so well balanced, ribs back & spannable. Unfortunate to meet 1 in such cracking form. LB (6,1) 1 Bigland’s Heythrop Tiadrop, nice size with tan on ears, lovely expression, dark eye, correct mouth, good front & feet, nice arch of neck to spannable body of good length, nice profile, good quarters, moved & handled well; 2 Samway’s Saucy Nancy Cassacre, t/w, taller, similar type, nice expression, correct mouth, spannable body, good coat, went well; 3 Lightfoot’s Middlemoss The Only One. OB (8) 1 Bull & Stark’s Clauval Japonica Lady, lovely, full of type, lovely expression, dark eye, well set ears, correct bite, caught my eye as entered ring, lots to like, good coat, good profile with correct rise over loins, ribs back & spannable, handled well. RCC; 2 Bigland’s Heythrop Tia, another good bitch, challenging all the way & belies age, still pretty with lots of character, dark eyes full of mischief, neat well set ears, nice balance, pleasing spannable body, moved & handled well; 3 Denby-Gardener’s Ammanday Apparition.
