PARSON RUSSELL CITY OF BIRMINGHAM 09 Judge: Mrs Margaret Hooley PARSON RUSSELL JUDGE CITY OF BIRMINGHAM 09 Parson Russell Terriers I was pleased with the entry. I was particularly pleased with my BOB & BP both of whom presented extremely well in the group judging. VD (1) 1 Rimmer’s Ch/Ir/Int Ch Kylini Celtic Wizzard, hard to believe he is a veteran. A real quality dog, still shows & moves like the ch he is, real masculine head & nice keen eye. PD (2) 1 Newport’s Digaden Adventuruss, tan marked, good coat, well angulated, good head & correct bite, moved & handled really well; 2 Steel’s Garsayno Yum Yum, a real baby, nice size, lovely head & coat, presented a really pleasing outline on the table. Not helping his handler today on the move making it really difficult to judge him. JD (2) 1 Farrow’s Glenholm Happy Go Lucky, tri, lovely well marked head, moved well, good coat & pelt, pushed hard for RBD; 2 Sutton’s Pacolito Persona at Springbeck, tan marked head, nice narrow front & well angulated moved well. PGD (3,2a) 1 Frost-Copping & Davies’ Goldfern Grand Lad, well marked head, moved OK. Not quite so easy to span. OD (4,1) 1 Sollis’ Mister Bonamonty, tan marked, good wedge shaped head, nice keen eye, best coat of the day, good angulation, moved really well with good drive. BOB; 2 Johnson’s Garsayno Astronomer, nice dog, well marked, moved out well, good coat & pelt, nice overall shape & size. VB (2,1) 1 Pell’s Starlight Express at Olliebark, a veteran really not showing her age, lovely marked & well shaped feminine head, good coat & pelt, moved round the ring as though she owned it. PB (4) 1 Newport’s Digaden Glamouruss, lovely marked head, nice compact bitch, good coat, tailset just right, nice straight front, well angulated, moved out well. Will watch her progress with interest. RBB & BP; 2 Swift’s Pacolito Pocket Rocket, a real baby with bags of potential, nice well marked head, lovely neck & tailset, moved out well on the move, presented really well by her handler. A puppy to watch with interest; 3 Sutton’s Pacolito Maid A Phortune at Springbeck. JB (4) 1 Rimmer’s Kylini Spellsabound, lovely marked feminine head, nice size, well angulated, good tailset, moved with drive, really well handled; 2 Chen’s Pacolito Phaithful, lovely well marked & shaped head, lovely eyes & on the table presented a very pleasing outline. Moved well but not with such purpose as 1; 3 Frost-Copping’s Goldfern Grand Cru. PGB (9,3) 1 Steel’s Garsayno The Dancer, a bitch I judged when she was a puppy & she is maturing really well with great potential. Nice shaped head, pleasing outline, good coat & pelt, good tailset, moved well around the ring, well handled. Pushed hard for RBB; 2 Newport’s Pacolito Premiere, nice bitch, well marked head, good angulation, moved well, nice tailset; 3 Farrow’s Halshimoor Final Fling. OB (9,4) 1 Johnson’s Ch Garsayno Tutti Fruiti, I have judged her before & I was not disappointed this time round. Lovely ring presence, good coat, well marked head, really well muscled & ready for work, moved well maintaining good topline & tailset. BB; 2 Swift’s Pacolito Picture Monkey, a real eyecatching bitch, presented well by handler, lovely marked head, good angulation, topline & tailset maintained well when on the move; 3 Rimmer’s Kylini Mythmyst.
