PARSON RUSSELL BIRMINGHAM NATIONAL 21 Judge: Mr Joseph Ashe PD (1) 1 Manson’s Foxfur Macallan. A handsome young man of good proportions, correct head, good dentition, considering the noise carried his ears well, clean neck into well placed shoulder, good angulation, moved well both ways, good future ahead. 2 Smith’s Chadbrook Havoc. Good head, correct dentition, clean muscular neck, good span, well balanced overall, shown in good coat, when settled moved well both ways. 3 Pell’s Hoolmark Ringo Starrat Olliebark. 1 Hall’s Frithgarth Master The World. Powerful up to size dog, correct mouth, straight front, good withers, correct span, compact feet, strong tail, shown in good coat, strong hindquarters, moved ok both ways. 1 Smith’s Ch Heythrop Task Master For Alncroft. A pleasure to go over this top quality dog, excellent head, eyes giving the correct expression, good scissor bite, well placed ears. Correct fore and hindquarters to give excellent movement both ways, harsh coat but to be hyper-critical, I would like to see it a little denser, pleased to watch him take Terrier Group 4 in a very strong Terrier line up DCC, BOB, Terrier Group 4. 2 Manson’s Vixenview Knightsbridge. Unlucky to meet first in such good form, many things to like with this dog, good mouth and eye, good length of neck, balanced body with a good span, hindquarters strong with good angulation, thick skin topped with a harsh dense coat, moved well both ways, just preferred the head of first. RDCC. 3 Bigland’s Ch Heythrop Trickshot For Alncroft. 1 Duke’s Ch Rushden Gorgeous George Cjw13 Jun Ch. Masculine head, dark eye, strong forequarters, good span, strong straight back, in good coat and presentation, covered the ring well pushed hard for Best Veteran. 1 Newstead’s Tophead Saffron. Liked this youngster from the start and didn’t disappoint on the table, excellent proportions, balanced shape, feminine head, good scissor bite, correct expression, nice clean neck, well bodied for her age, nice rise and tailset, moved well both ways, handled the noise very well. BPIB. 2 Smith’s Digaden Top Notch. Another with a bright future to come, good outline, nice size, straight front, good coat, nice rise, strong hindquarters, not as strong in movement as first and gave too much in maturity. 1 Young’s Chadbrook Affirmation. Quite mature for her age, wouldn’t like to see her grow anymore, correct outline and angulation, good eye and dentition, presented in good coat, moved well both ways. 2 Hughes’ Ruffntuff Rush Of Love. Has a lot to come, liked her head, excellent forequarters, overall shape and angulation, with a bit more maturity would change places. 1 Bigland’s Heythrop Topsyturvey. Stood out in the line-up with excellent outline and angulation, correct head and scissor bite, good length of neck, correct span, good pelt, harsh coat, good rise and tailset, covered the ground well both ways. 2 Holland’s Foxfur Capri. Slightly smaller bitch than first, still plenty of quality, nice front and neck, good depth of body, easy span, good coat and pelt, movement ok, just prefer the rise of first. 3 Kirby’s Mindlen Miami. 1 Newstead’s Muhlross Magic Diamond. Nice size bitch of good proportions, liked her head and expression, good scissor bite, correct span, good depth of chest, firm pads, in good coat, strong mover both ways liked her angulation and rise. 2 Bigland’s Heythrop Tangle Top. Little between these two girls, another good mover, liked her type, and outline, just preferred the rise of first. 3 Newport’s Digaden Spill The Beans. 1 Roberts & Murray’s Mindlen Mic Mac At Heythrop. Liked her neck and shoulders which were well laid back, strong front, straight legs, clean cut withers, nice loin and rise, won on overall movement. 2 Newport’s Digaden Miss Marigold. Correct size, good angulation, harsh dense and close coat, good pelt, nice span, strong set on tail, preferred the movement of first. 3 McCluskey’s Chadbrook Elka. 1 Roberts & Murray’s Mindlen Moccasin. Mature bitch, liked her type, honest in all departments which gave her the quality to win this strong class. Feminine head, correct ear set, good dentition, correct neck and shoulder, good fore and hindquarters, nice span, good rise and tailset, coat in good order, correct movement both ways. BCC. 2 Dayman & Cole’s Ch Pacolito Phinal Edition. Another top quality bitch, balanced head, good scissor bite, dark eye, good expression, well bodied, correct span, thick pelt, higher tailset than first, moved well both ways, just preferred the ears of first. RBCC. 3 Hobson’s Alncroft Isle See. 1 Bigland’s Heythrop Tiffin. 8 years old and still retains many quality points, excellent shape, good angulation, good breed head, shown in excellent coat, thick pelt, nice tailset, moved with ease around the ring. BVIB. 2 Neild’s Logierait Little Lottee. Some years older and a credit for her age, very similar qualities of first, good length of neck, well placed shoulders, good span, harsh dense coat, moved well both ways, just preferred the tail set of first.
