PARSON RUSSELL BATH 10 Judge: Mrs J Singh PARSON JACK RUSSELL JUDGE BATH 10 Parson Russell Terriers PD (3) 1 Newport & Baker’s Ratscallion Tactical Play, good proportioned head with correct earset & bite, balanced length of body, straight front, strong pasterns, compact feet, spannable, hindquarters strong & muscular for age, moved true. BP; 2 Johnson’s Garsayno Magic Man, nice head & ears, good bite, spannable with good coat. Did not look as balanced as 1. Rear movement steady. Front could be more positive; 3 Bigland’s Heythrop Thunderstruck. JD (2) 1 Griffiths’ Digaden Windrush Chase, good coat & hard condition, liked head & dark eyes, good length of neck, bone & feet, straight front, body proportioned, moved well; 2 Biglands’ Heythrop Toast Topper, pleasing head shape, outline, bone & good coat. Would prefer darker eyes & more positive front movement PGD (1) 1 Highfield’s Bradpole Beau of Guestwick, masculine head, pleasing ears & expression, large strong teeth with correct bite, spannable, proportioned, strong back, muscled hindquarters & well developed second thighs, good coat & condition, moved true. OD (3) 1 Denby-Gardner’s Ammanday Augury, strong masculine wedge shaped head, keen expression with dark eyes, good ear placement & strong teeth with correct bite, neck of good length, body in proportion, ribs carried well back, strong loin with slight arch, hindquarters muscled with well developed second thighs, spannable, good coat, moved well. BD & BOB; 2 Highfield’s Ch Bradpole Blanc De Blancs, good proportioned head, nice v shaped ears & correct scissor bite, front narrow with plenty of bone, compact feet, balanced, well made, real hard condition, coat in good order, movement sound. RBD; 3 Farrow’s Glenholm Happy Go Lucky. PB (3,1a) 1 Newport’s Digaden Presense, up to size for age, but spannable, feminine head with satisfying proportions, used ears to advantage, good bone, tight feet, nicely toned for age, showed well; 2 Smith’s Bethane Liberton Lassie, finer made than 1. Balanced with good overall body shape, strong hindquarters, compact feet, moved soundly. JB (2,1) 1 Dolman’s Pacolito Phirstpick to Maxtay, pleasing feminine head, strong back, spannable, sound & well muscled hindquarters, nice bend of stifle, good coat, rear movement sound. Front movement variable. PGB (2) 1 Newport’s Digaden Glamouruss, lovely proportioned feminine head with dark eyes giving keen, intelligent expression, v shaped ears, strong muscular jaw, large teeth & correct bite, shoulders good, front straight & overall pleasing body shape, spannable, excellent coat, hard condition, movement sound. BB; 2 Grant’s Andralok Easter Rose, up to size, pleasing head & expression, correct bite, hard condition with strong muscular hindquarters, coat good texture. Front movement could be more positive. OB (6,2) 1 Denby-Gardner’s Ammanday Apparition, spannable & good size, liked head, ear placement & dark eyes, ribs carried well back, loin strong, good rear angulation, bend of stifle & movement sound. RBB; 2 Smith’s Bethane Hulabaloo, larger made than 1 & slightly heavier ears. Shape good, firm body, straight front, strong pasterns & compact feet, movement positive; 3 Bigland’s Heythrop Tiadrop.
