1 Toulson’s Toulsyork Combat Cooper, super outline, good topline & tailset, finished with a beautiful mahogany & black jacket, head is excellent of good length & balance, eye is dark with good shape, giving a good expression. Ears are good but at times his keenness of what is going on around him made them unsettled. Scissor bite, super reach of neck, good shoulder & good well placed upper arm, rear angulation is very good, giving good rear movement. His exuberance made him unsettled in front movement. BP;

2 Collins & Curran’s Collcurr The Emperor, overall outline is good, longer in body than 1 & slightly rising towards tail. At this stage of development head does not quite balance his body. Good harsh coat with a lighter tan, well bodied, lean head, good eye & shape, ears OK & close to head, scissor bite, moderate length of neck into nice shoulders & well placed upper arm. Tailset & rear angulation could be better. Movement is steady.

PGD (5,1a)

1 Pickering’s Jolliver Funky Monkey, overall picture is a dog of correct size with an excellent outline, substance & spring of rib, on his toes all the time, quality black & mahogany tan jacket. Good length of head but to be critical could be slightly leaner. Expression is excellent & alert with well carried & placed ears, dark eye, scissor bite, sufficient length of neck into excellent shoulder & good upper arm, level topline, short back, great tailset with plenty behind, rear angulation is very good giving strong rear movement. Just needs to settle a bit more in front. Loved him & his brother when I first saw him as a puppy & he didn’t disappoint. CC;

2 Hacker & Jenkins’ Sherifs Midnight Rambler, excellent coat & colour, good head, nice eye. Did not want to use his ears. Good scissor bite, moderate length of neck into nice lay of shoulder. Little longer in body than 1. Topline is good, as is tailset. Rear angulation could be better. Steady movement. Overall a good dog but just did not seem very happy;

3 Edwards’ Lytchdale Maestro.

LD (7,2)

1 Collins & Curran’s Collcurr Courageous, when he is on his toes & pulls himself together he shows a good outline with sufficient length of neck, good shoulder, level topline, excellent coat with good colour, head is balanced & long, eyes good & dark, scissor bite, angulation of shoulder & upper arm is excellent as is rear angulation, movement is steady. Would like to see him enjoying himself a bit more, as this would be reflected in his ear carriage;

2 Turner’s Crillee Cool As Jack, overall picture is of an upstanding, masculine dog, good length of head & strong neck, good body with substance & spring of rib, eyes are good & ears are well carried, good expression, scissor bite. Angulations are OK but he sometimes appears stilted. Movement steady;

3 McCallum’s Glentops Hugh Bett.

OD (3)

1 Ventress’ Junaken Vaidran, super outline, excellent reach of neck, very short back, topline level, excellent tailset, coat & colour are good & of excellent quality, lovely head, good dark eye, perfect ear carriage, his showmanship adds to his keen expression, good shoulders & upper arm, good rear angulation, maturity has settled his movement. Would like him with a little less hair & a bit more substance but won on his overall quality & attitude. RCC;

2 Jackson & Swash’s Ch Jokyl Captain Scarlet, excellent outline & attitude, clean, long head, super ears, nice eye giving a great expression, scissor bite, great reach of neck into good lay of shoulder & upper arm, good spring of rib & substance, good topline & tailset, excellent rear angulation, steady mover;

3 Averis’ Ch Am Ch Longview Joker of Saredon.

PB (3,1w/d)

1 Toulson’s Toulsyork Chapter Three, litter sister to the PD winner, not quite the outline, attitude & wow factor of him but still a very pretty bitch. Good quality coat, good colour, head, eye & set of ears, although at times reluctant to use ears. Good bite, moderate length of neck, good shoulder & front angulation. Overall body & outline is good but she did not always keep her topline level. Tailset is good as is rear angulation. Movement needs to steady down but this will come with maturity;

2 Collins & Curran’s Collcurr The Empress, quality coat & colour, head is lean & a nice length, good eye. Not using her ears. Good bite, moderate length of neck, OK shoulder, topline & rear angulation, tailset OK. Did not seem to be enjoying her day.

JB (5,1)

1 Hampton & Hall’s Muliebrity Snow Lady, won this class on her outline, excellent coat & colour. Head is of good length but could be finer. Keen & alert expression, nice eyes. Ear placement above skull but could be closer to head. Good scissor bite, good reach of neck, nice lay of shoulder, excellent topline & tailset, good rear angulation. Steady rear movement but wide in front. Would prefer a bit more femininity;

2 Johnstone’s Jokyl New Tricks for Jecadie, pretty bitch, just over 12 months so stills need to develop & settle down. Good coat & colour. Ears need to settle. Scissor bite, moderate length of neck into shoulder, body has substance & nice spring of rib, good rear angulation;

3 Magwyr’s Sweet Dreams with Jaymitch.

PGB (6)

1 Oates’ Stabuks Ebony, overall a nice bitch with excellent coat of rich mahogany tan & black saddle, head is balanced, excellent eyes & ears give good expression, good bite, nice length of neck, good shoulder, well placed upper arm. Her body outline is good, although she looks bit heavy. Topline & tailset are good, rear angulation good. Steady movement but does tend to crab;

2 Turner’s Crillee Cool China, good quality coat, beautiful clean head of good length, excellent eyes. Placement of ears is good but she could use them to more advantage. Scissor bite, moderate length of neck, lay of shoulder is OK, overall outline of body & substance is good. Tailset OK but could be a bit higher. Rear angulation OK. Steady mover but close behind;

3 Sweet Dreams with J.

LB (7,3)

1 Felstead’s Minnisoda Calendar Girl, good grizzle coat, presented well, excellent length of head, good ear carriage, nicely shaped eyes add to an excellent expression, scissor bite, moderate length of neck, good shoulder. Upper arm could be a little better. Good topline, tailset & rear angulation, movement is steady & she drives behind, when she is alert & on her toes overall outline is very good & eyecatching, pushed close for RCC;

2 McCallum’s Ladsacres You’re A Witch, good coat, grizzle jacket, lighter tan. Pretty head, although would like it a bit longer. Dark eye of good shape, ears are above the skull & nicely placed, but at times reluctant to use them. Good bite, excellent reach of neck, good shoulders, short back, good rear angulation & movement. Would like a bit more reach in front movement. More confidence would improve her overall look immensely & help with the tail carriage;

3 Hughes’ Saredon Merry Legs.

OB (4,1)

1 Jackson & Swash’s Ch Jokyl Star Flash, overall outline is of a cobby bitch full of quality, good length of neck, level topline, good tailset, excellent quality coat & colour, beautifully presented. At times she can relax too much & lose her outline. Beautifully balanced head, eye & ears, which all add up to a feminine expression, very good shoulder placement, rear angulation is good with short hocks, movement good in the class, but sometimes she throws her front about & this nearly cost her BOB. I would like a shade more of her all round, but nevertheless a super girl. CC & BOB;

2 Lockett’s Jaideld Florentine Gypsy, overall picture is of a confident showy bitch who holds her head high, good reach of neck, excellent shoulder, very short back & tail bang on top with lots behind, rear angulation is also good, balanced head, good dark eye & ear carriage, all giving excellent expression, excellent spring of rib, good bone & substance without sacrificing femininity, movement well. Tends to rise in topline, not in the condition of 1. RCC;

3 Coles’ Magwyr Be Dazzled.
