1 Byrne & Vickers’ Catch Me If You Can at Jodean, very much a raw puppy who is well constructed & full of type, clean head with desired length of foreface, well set ears & eye portraying a good expression, enough neck into well placed shoulders, level topline, short coupled & a good tailset. Although he is a little loose in movement as you would expect from a youngster he is very sound both fore & aft & covered the ground in side profile, presented to an excellent standard. BD & BP.

1 Edwards’ The Joker, upstanding male, good length of foreface but a tad heavy in skull & large in eye which spoils his expression. Enough neck into well laid back shoulders, level topline, nicely angulated quarters which are well muscled, well presented & handled.

OD (2)

1 Hughes & Pearce’s Knowlelion A Sunny Smile at Alkinra, clean skull, well angulated shoulders, level topline, good tailset, moved soundly in front. Too fine all through;

2 Brown’s Oceanaire Beachcomber, could have easily won this class & BD if he would have shown & allowed me to examine his head, appeared pre occupied with flying his ears & shaking his head which I was informed by the handler was attributed by recent veterinary intervention for an ear problem.

1 Fernandez & Purnell’s Muliebrity Rilletta, quality bitch with typical head & expression, super front assembly, level topline, good spring of rib & short coupled with a correct tailset, nicely angulated quarters which are extremely well muscled, moved true both fore & aft with good ground covering action from side profile, presented & handled to an excellent standard. RBB.

1 Averis’ Barker Katerinas Land Spicy Cherry at Saredon, I have admired this girl from the ringside & was pleased to have the opportunity to judge her, is the ultimate showdog who is very well constructed & full of type, her head is textbook being clean with the desired ratio of foreface, correctly set ears & eye giving a typical expression, enough neck into well laid back shoulders, excellent front assembly, good spring of rib & short coupled, level topline with a good tailset & lovely angulated quarters, moved soundly & covered the ground with good reach & drive, presented & handled to an excellent standard. BOB & was pleased to see her win the terrier group.
