AIREDALE SKC 10 Judge(s) MR J E RICHES DCC TOULSYORK COMBAT COOPER (MR N & MRS H TOULSON) AIREDALE TERRIER PD (2,1) 1 Cole’s Jaymitch Walk Awile by Magwyr. 9 month old puppy with a promising future, good length head correct ear carriage, nice reach of neck into well laid back shoulders, short level back, tail on top. Moved well around the ring considering his age. (Best Puppy). JD(1) 1 Morris’ Nedella A Kind of Magic. A 13 month old youngster I can see doing very well in the near future. Super length head good reach of neck, level top line, well sprung ribs good quarters. Moved and showed well considering the heat of the afternoon.Very well presented and handled. PGD (2) 1 Toulson’s Toulsyork Combat Cooper. A very well balanced and fine example of the breed. Super length head keen dark terrier eye, correct ear carriage, giving an excellent expression. Good reach of neck well placed shoulders short level top line, good spring of ribs, tail on top plenty behind, coat in good condition, and presented well. Moved very well, was alert all the time (CC & BoB). 2 Hampton & Hall’s Muliebrity Grandioso. Another well balanced dog, slightly longer casted than class winner, however nothing to detract from a well shaped head, good reach of neck, level top line moved and showed well. Unlucky to come up against the winner. LD (2) 1 A really impressive dog, well presented in excellent coat and condition. Good length of head, keen dark oval eye, correct ear carriage, good length of neck flowing into well laid back shoulders, straight front short level back, moved and showed with panache. RCC. 2 Hughes & Pearce’s Knowlelion a Sunny Smile at Alkrina. Was a little boisterous on the day so unable to assess movement very well. Good length head keen eye giving true terrier expression well bodied, coat in good condition presented well. OD (2,1) 1 Gregg’s Ir Ch Bambusa Nobility CJW. A fine upstanding dog well balanced all round, in good coat and condition, moved very soundly around ring. PB (1) 1 O’Connor’s Shadlian Shining Star. A 7 month old, she did very well considering the long hot day before she could be shown. Keen dark eye, coat and colour fine. Ear carriage needs attention. PGB (2) 1 Toulson’s Toulsyork Chapter Three. A very well balanced girl, in super condition and presented well. Nice head keen penetrating dark eyes, good ear carriage, and used her ears to good affect. Good reach of neck flowing into well laid back shoulders, short level top line Well sprung ribs moved and showed well. RBCC. 2 Ball’s Sundaire String of Pearls. 3 year old, trimmed and presented well. Nice hard coat could have moved better on the day. LB (5,1) 1 Miller’s Lakeaire Lily the Pink ShCM. An excellent bitch presented immaculately. Liked her when she was a puppy, she has matured into a cobby showy girl. Good length of head wicked dark eye, nice reach of neck, level top line, tail on top, good rear quarters. Showed her heart out. BCC well deserved. 2 Toulson’s What Comes Around via Toulsyork. Another super bitch, just a little longer coupled than the winner, gave first place a hard time, showed throughout. 3 Clarke’s Jolliver Angel Delight ShCM. OB (4,1) 1 Gregg’s Ir Ch Bambusa Roll Model CJW. Another good all round bitch, Nice length head level top line good rear quarters, tail on top. Would not put full effort into the cause on a very hot afternoon. On another day I am sure she would her many attributes to greater affect. 2 Hughes Saredon Merry Legs. Lovely little bitch in excellent coat and condition, needs to settle down on the move, but showed well stationery. A little extra attention I am Sure she will do well. 3 Clarke’s Jolliver Angel Delight. John Riches |
