PD (4,1)

This class provided a good start to the breed with three very promising youngsters present.

1 Brown & Brown’s Jokyl Daily Special. Best Puppy and Reserve CC. The most mature of the three and very appealing for his overall type and balance. Cobby and short backed with high set tail. Long masculine head with good ear carriage and some strength to the jaw. Clean neck and shoulders. Compact, well padded feet. Free moving, sound and shown in excellent ocat and condtion.

2 Toulson’s Toulsyork Sequel. A very good, free moving puppy with a high set, well carried tail. Masculine head with neat ears and keen expression. Good depth of chest. Hard jacket presented to advantage.

3 Pickering’s Stargus Alidandini At Jolliver NAF. Has some quality and not disgraced by standing third here.

PGD (1)

1 Grigas’ Sol Rus Nano Sterling Gemstone. Masculine (not coarse) and well grown youngster shown in good coat and pleasing muscletone. Good head qualities with some strength of jaw. Decent neck and shoulders. Excellent topline and tailset. Moved out in a very typical fashion.

LD (4, 2)

1 Gray’s Eskwyre Sunny Bay. Scored here with maturity of body and rib. Good head properties with fairly small, dark eye and keen expression. Excellent topline and tailset. Well boned with strong straight legs and compact feet.

2 Hampton, Hall & Hall’s Tin Muliebrity Wilderness. A much younger dog who shows and moves out to best advantage. Has adequate depth of chest but his trim gives him a bit too much tuck-up. Good quality jacket.

OD (2)

1 Callon & Callon Winn’s Russtam Jax The Gentleman. CC. A dog I have admired before and he really came to life when he was allowed to spar for a few seconds. Masculine head and keen, intelligent expression. Clean, moderate neck, good shoulders. Good depth of chest and ribs extend well back with some strength over the loins. Moved well here and in the challenge for the CC but I suspect a bitch may have been in season and in the challenge for BOB he was a little unsettled. A really handsome, typical example of the breed.

2 Turner & Turner’s Ch Crillee Maximus The Cool. Presents a very smart outline and he too is presented in a good jacket which shows him off to best advantage. Good length of skull, strong jaw and keen dark eye. Well ribbed back with strong loin and excellent topline and tailset. Strong, well muscled hindquarters which gave him some push from the rear. Just a tad untidy coming back to me.

VD (1)

1 Ablard & Kantijevskaja’s Int Ch Aust Int Ch & Int Ch Katherine’s Land VIP L. Best Veteran. A lovely typical dog who would truly have benefitted from having another dog in the ring with him. Has a lot of quality and he was presented in perfect order. Good skull, clear dark eyes which give him a good expression. Good forehand with clean neck and well laid shoulders. Strong, short topline. Pleasing muscletone and very good hind action.

SBB (1)

1 Richardson’s Glentops Naught But Nice. Best Special Beginner. Presented to best advantage and her jacket is a good texture. Good length of skull, strong jaw, decent depth of chest and ribbed well back, topline could be a little stronger. Good tailset. Moved out very well.

MPB (1)

1 Richardson’s Muliebrity Ripples With Airechien. 7 months and very promising and typey. Well balanced, pleasing expression and when alert she uses her ears well. Good forehand with decent bone and good feet. Strong, well angulated hindquarters.

PB (3, 1)

1 Toulson’s Toulsyork Summer Skye. A soundly made, eyecatching youngster, just over 9 months of age. Grand head, muscular neck of good length and clean well laid shoulders. Good body for age with strong topline and excellent tailset and carriage. Shown in good form and moved out really well.

2 Ashton’s Knowlelion Clover Leaf With Kitesprite (Imp Ire). Typical with a good topline and high set tail. Pleasing expression, keen dark eye. Well angulated and in good muscletone she has some drive from the rear on the move.

JB (1)

1 Shields’ Shielmarh Fortuna Forseer. Stood alone but could easily see off some opposition! I was quite taken with her. Presents a lovely outline and when she makes use of her neat ears has a keen, intelligent expression. Clean neck and shoulders, good depth of chest. Good bone and compact feet. Well angulated hindquarters, free moving and sound.

PGB (4, 1)

1 Hampton, Hall & Hall’s Tin Muliebrity Summer Sun. Scored here with her attitude and performance. Good skull, neat well carried ears and pleasing eyes. Clean neck and shoulders. Well ribbed. Moved soundly.

2 Swash & Curran’s Jokyl Ladybird. Initially, not as settled as the winner. Grand head and expression. Good forehand with decent bone and good feet. Well ribbed with strong short loin. Excellent coat and presentation.

3 Richardson’s Glentops Naught But Nice.

LB (7, 1)

A lovely class of good quality bitches, there were several I could happily have signed a CC for.

1 Ablard’s Jaydavine Story Of Love. Feminine and beautifully made. Clean, well balanced head, good neck and shoulders. Pleasing bone, legs and compact feet. Strong, firm topline, short coupled and with good tailset. Nicely angulated hindquarters and she moved out well with a free, positive action. Showed and presented to advantage despite some distractions.

2 Turner & Turner’s Crillee Carry On My Baby. Absolutely typical and has lot of quality. Good skull, neat well carried ears, dark intelligent eye. Good forehand with neat, compact feet. Well ribbed back with short, strong loin. Expertly presented and moved out well.

3 Steinke’s Toulsyork Perfectionist At Temtiz.

OB (4, 2)

Two beautifully presented bitches.

1 Underwood’s Jokyl Rising Star. CC & BOB. Short coupled with a really good body; strong, short topline and excellent tailset. Grand head with pleasing expression, neat, well carried ears. Good neck and shoulders. Hard, wiry jacket. Free moving and very steady and collected. This stood her in good stead in the challenge for BOB.

2 Toulson’s Toulsyork Llinsaire Opal. Reserve CC. Another out of the top drawer, I particularly like her head and keen expression. Good bone and feet. Well ribbed. Excellent topline and high set tail. Strong, well muscled and nicely angulated hindquarters gave her some push on the move.
