AIREDALE BIRMINGHAM NATIONAL 14 Judge(s): MRS DENISE BROWN Airedale Terriers I was pleased that the majority of exhibits were in good condition, well muscled with good bone, substance & sound temperaments (just one backed off). Disappointed that very few exhibits had well sprung ribs. A super entry, I enjoyed every minute of judging. MPD (2) 1 Toulson’s Toulsyork Idiosyncrasy, 8½ months, lovely pup, good head, eyes & ears, straight front, good neck & shoulders, tail on top, good coat & colour, nice outline, showed well for his age; 2 Jackson & Swash’s Jokyl The Party Line, 6 months quality baby, lovely head, eyes & ears, good outline & tailset, just needs time, definitely one to watch. PD (1) 1 Lee’s Autograph Warrior to Stargus, 10 months, upstanding confident pup, good head, eyes, ears & reach of neck, tail on top, excellent coat, good colour, good outline, moved well at rear, just needs to tighten up in front, very happy outgoing showman, well prepared & handled. JD (3) 1 Collins’ Colldale The Hero, nice length of head, good eyes & ear carriage, good coat & condition, steady showman; 2 Turner’s Crillee Catch By Surprise, compact, rather heavy in head, good eyes, good coat, not using his ears, not happy today; 3 Brooks’ Clydebrook Spiced Rum.
