NORWICH JUDGE WINDSOR 17

I enjoyed judging this quality entry of Norwich at this beautiful Windsor venue. Thank you to my helpful stewards who had the task of getting 5 breeds into this ring today.

PD (2)

1. Crawley's Ragus Scouts Honour. Promising 10 month puppy. Correctly shaped head for age, dark eye and pleasing expression. Straight front with good bone, level topline. Showed well and moved soundly. Liked him very much but not as mature in body and coat as CC winner. RCC.

2 Davis & Tinsley Morzi Life Of Brian. Least mature of all the dog puppies but only 8 months so has plenty of time. Between coats and could be more settled on the move.

JD (2,1)

1. Jones Ragus Enough Said. Almost 12 months and maturing well in body. Good reach of neck, short & compact, enough bone. Moved OK.

LD (4,3)

1. Crawley's Ragus Mr. O O'Seven. Another outstanding puppy from t his kennel. Mature and ready for any competition. Beautiful and masculine head with alert expression & neat ears. Excellent reach of neck, shoulders and outline which was held on the move. Moved with reach and drive covering the ground. In good coat. Excellent ring presence. CC & BOB.

PB (3,1)

1. Batey's Ragus Burning Question. Promising puppy, 11 months. Attractive head and expression. Balanced outline. Moved well.

2. Pages Nora Elysian Winflash. 8 month puppy. Lovely head and expression and excellent coat for age. Unsettled on the move and needs time to mature.

JB (3)

1. Hitchen & Lumpkin's Kreatin Extra Sweet. Well named! Sweet head and expression, good front, plenty of bone, legs & feet, reach of neck. Moved steadily keeping an excellent topline and balance. Presentation & coat of a high standard. Pleased to award her 3rd CC.

2. Smith's Ragus Way Too Smart for Javidel. Another pleasing bitch, wheaten. Correct head and expression, plenty bone and body. Moved very well and soundly. Could be shorter in loin. In good coat and condition

3. Crawley's Ragus On My Word.

PGB (2)

1. Graves' Ragus Angel In Pearls. Compact, well bodied and boned bitch. Good width of head but would prefer a little longer in muzzle, good stop and expression. Coat of good text ure, showed very well. Moved wide in front.

2. Davis & Tinsley Brickin Choca Moca. B&T. Good head shape and mouth. Well ribbed and made body but carrying too much weight which spoils shoulders and front movement.

LB (4)

1. Willett's Debeaux A Royal Flush. Took my eye immediately as outline in profile is outstanding! Excellent reach of neck, short level topline. Correct textured double coat which could have been trimmed to advantage. Moved very smartly and covered the ground well. Liked her very much. RCC.

2. Armstrong & Lawrance Elantiz Mockingjay. Another very nice bitch of different type to 1. Lovely head and expression, balanced outline. Presented in lovely coat and condition. Moved OK.

OB (2,1)

1. Crawley's Ragus Loves The Glove. Nicely balanced bitch. Good reach of neck and level topline. In good coat and condition. Moved with reach in front but could have more drive from hindquarters.
