Norwich Terriers

JD (1)

1 Jones’ Ragus Jump To It, 12 months red male, lovely balanced male, good overall shape & size, lovely head, with good eye & earset, good muzzle, good front & rear, good body with short back, moved well.

PGD (1)

1 Hayes’ Ragus Fabulous Clown, 2½ years red, another lovely shape & make, pleasing proportions on head, good earset, dark eye, good front & rear, touch longer in body than I prefer, well sprung ribs, lovely rear stifle, needs to tighten up in front, but lovely rear & profile movement.

LD (2)

1 Crawley & Baldwin’s Ragus Jump The Gun, 1 year red, lovely head & expression to die for, good eye, & earset, correct skull, good neck, short body with enough ribbing, & short loin, lovely angles front & rear, tailset a touch high to be critical which spoilt topline, moved well, pleased to award him the RCC;

2 R Fabulous Clown.

OD (1)

1 Thompson-Morgan’s Belleville Just For Effect, nearly 2 years male that just shouted at you. Such good breed type, lovely balance & quality through & through. Beautiful head with correct eye & earset, lovely expression, correct skull, & muzzle, lovely strong neck going into good front assembly, lovely body with well sprung ribs & short loin, strong hindquarters, with good turn of stifle, moved well which every way you looked at him. In good coat, No hesitation in awarding him CC & BOB.

GC (1) 1 R Fabulous Clown.

PB (2,1a)

1 Stevenson’s Brickin Miss Unruly, 10 months red bitch which was aptly named! A very raw baby at the moment but with bags of potential. Feminine, but with strength. Very nice head, with a good expression, earset good & such mischievous eyes, touch long at the minute, but still need to come up on leg so will even out, nice front & rear, needs to settle on front movement.

JB (1)

1 Crawley & Oddie’s Ragus All The Rage, nearly year old pup, lovely head & eye, good skull, nice angles front & rear, rangy in body at the minute & a touch long, good topline & tailset, good rear movement tends to pull a bit on the front. BP on maturity.

PGB (1)

1 Martin’s Tinkave Brown Eyed Girl at Kirmir, 20 months red bitch, nice overall balance, I would like a stronger head, but lovely eye & earset, good neck, good front & rear, nice length of rib, loin a touch long, good topline & tailset, nice turn of stifle, OK on the move.

OB (2)

1 Tate’s Ch Jaeva Maid Of Honour, 2 years b/t bitch, these two bitches were opposites, this bitch had lovely balance & shape to her, very feminine, she had an attractive head, with good earset & lovely eye, nice width of skull good strong neck, going into lovely front assembly, lovely straight front, good length of ribbing, & short loin, level topline & good tailset, lovely turn of stifle & good straight hocks, in good coat, moved well round the ring, to be critic I would like more of her overall, but again, no hesitation she was the best bitch today. CC;

2 Crawley & Baldwin’s Ragus Now You’re Talking, another 2 years b/t, she was a heavier bitch than 1, which spoilt her overall balance for me, lovely head, with good skull, ears set right, lovely eye, & muzzle, good strong neck, good angles front & rear, she was heavier in body so didn’t hold her topline as well as 1 & was a touch sluggish on the move, the weather probably didn’t help as it was a hot day, had to settle for the RCC today.
