Norwich Terriers

V (1)

1 Baktwins Follow That Dream, of such good type & still holds her topline with a full set of teeth which is refreshing to see. Easy mover.

PD (3,1a)

1 Ragus Kissing Game, gorgeous 6 months old b/t male, who I thought was a class act, out of the top drawer, this exiting baby must have a great future ahead of him, head is correct for age with all the essential requisites in place, correct for size & maturing so well for age, short back & compact body, best of fronts & excellent ribbing, could be a touch better let down behind, scored heavily in front movement & side gait, loved him. BP;

2 Bricken Early Morning, another lovely young male, slightly different in make & shape to the 1st, super head & expression, small neat ears which appealed, scored heavily in hind action. Unlucky to meet 1 today.

JD (2)

1 Ragus Cool For Cats, upstanding male who is maturing so well, good head planes enough stop & good strength to muzzle, would prefer a fraction more length to muzzle for ideal balance, excellent skull & masculine without coarseness. Excellent body proportions with super well let down quarters which he uses to advantage, always showing to advantage this male makes the best of himself standing with a self assured outlook, hard in backline standing & moving, foot perfect going & the tidiest of fronts coming towards, & has an excellent ground covering action on the round, being critical he is a tad upright in front but then that does give him the advantage of standing on top of himself showing off his excellent carriage. Really liked him for his super type & correct movement. CC & BOB;

2 Caractacus Potts, lighter bodied & framed dog than 1 & ultra short backed male who scores in backline, moving a touch close behind today.

LD (1)

1 Ragus Made You Look, typy outlook, with a short cobby body, good size however appeared touch short on leg & heavy & deep in body, making him look heavy set & dumpy, excellent quarters but swings his front a little coming, head is good giving keen expression.

OD (3)

1 Ch Ragus Kiss In The Dark, perfect for size & has the most wonderful outline stacked, I couldn’t take my eyes off him as he stood there gazing at his handler using his neck to full advantage showing off his ultra short backline & well set quarters, totally filled my eye, in excellent coat & condition today, his head is good, perhaps a touch short in muzzle. He gave an excellent account of himself on the move, clean in front & good in side gait, was close up for the DCC however in the final run off the younger male outmoved him & had to settle for the RCC, most worthy champion;

2 Am Ch Ascot Sanspur at Yarrow, not my type of head, he has a good eye but needs more width to skull to compliment, face furnishings to advantage, however his make & shape & body proportions are textbook, gun barrel front, ideal angles front & rear, the harshest of coats & carrying a good jacket, moves so true in all directions. I’m sure this import will have a positive influence on the breed for all his conformational attributes.

PB (3,1a)

1 Redash The Merry Widow, better headed than 1, needs time to mature, not in her Sunday best today & will looked more finished as she matures & grows coat, decent mover;

2 Bricken Early Bird, bitch of decent type & outline, may benefit from losing some weight, unwilling to use her tail today.

JB (3,1)

1 Paper Chase at Bricken, the more I looked at her the more I liked her, there is so much correct about this b/t bitch, nice head with good detail, has substance yet feminine, so good to go over, rock hard topline & good tailset, excellent quarters that she uses to advantage, lacking finish & furnishings today which cost her the CC. However pleased me enough to win the RCC I’m sure her crown won’t be far;

2 Ragus My Fair Lady, pretty little bitch, that scored on outline & shape, presented in excellent coat & condition, she is a touch toyish with not enough of her for me, typical outlook & style.

PGB (1)

1 Shugar Kjub Razzle Dazzle at Debeaux, now here’s what you called attitude in abundance, gassy little lady who still needs to mature & finish, good head & short hard backline, excellent quarters, needs to carry a lot more weight & to body up. Came to life on the move, powered round the ring with an excellent side gait & powerful rearquarters, front could be firmer but she is young & has time on her side.

LB (0).

OB (2,1)

1 Ragus Look Whose Talking, mature in outlook, with an excellent body & coat, head is good but a fraction short in muzzle, & a tad big in ears, however scores on her ideal proportions, very good to go over, sound & steady mover, giving a good account of herself. Won the CC for her all round quality of decent type, ideal proportions & maturity of body & conditioning.
