NORWICH WELSH KC 17 Judge: Mr R W J Thomas BEST OF BREED : 5067 CRAWLEY Mrs L A Ragus Mr O O'Seven NORWICH JUDGE WELSH KC 17 MPD. (1) 1. Davies & Tinsleys Morzi Life of Brian. Once settled, showed himself off quite well. Good head proportions and pleased with his nicely placed, well carried ears and level topline. Hind movement was not his fortune. 1. Bateys Javidel Walk Hand in Hand. Nice for type, size and shape, he pleases in head proportions, has a dark eye and a strong neck. Shown in good coat, he is compact, with plenty of bone and is well ribbed up. Held a level topline when moving out well both ways. 1. Crawleys Ragus Mr O O,Seven. CC. BOB. Stood out for me, a lovely dog of excellent type, who runs the standard pretty close. Cracking head shape 2. Hitchens Kreatin Extra Mile. Bit of a handful and shown in full coat. Nice for type with a dark, expressive eye and well set and carried ears. Topline and tailset were plus points and once settled was nicely balanced on the move. 3. Hayes Ragus Fabulous Clown. Sh. CM 1 Hayes Ragus Fabulous Clown. Sh. CM. Up against it in the previous class but fully deserved his first place here and produced much better movement going away. Head shape, dentition, eye and ear placement were positives and he held a level topline on the move. 2. McLaughlins Barwest Blaze of Glory. Not too happy and did not present himself to best effect at first. However, he has pleasing head properties, a dark eye and good dentition. Plenty of bone and substance were evident and once settled, moved quite well going away. 1. Corkhills UK Ch Redash Clementine. BV. Lovely veteran of excellent type and one I have enjoyed going over in the past. Presented in good coat and condition and thoroughly enjoying her day out. Her qualities shine through, with head, eye, ears and neck all positives and topline and tailset completed the picture. Moved out so well both ways, never missing a step. 1. Pages Nora Elysian Winflash. Pretty little b/t who is all of a piece and has a lovely dark eye and keen expression. Still a baby and needs time, but she has a lovely outline on the stand and once settled, moved well fore and aft. 1. Bateys Ragus Burning Question. CC. What a lovely character this young lady is. Of excellent type, she has a most pleasing head and expression, with good bone and is so well made and balanced all through. Neck, shoulders, topline and tailset were all plus points and she moved out freely, both ways with pads showing. 2. Hitchen and Lumpkins Kreatin Extra Sweet. RCC. Another quality bitch with her well proportioned head, dark expressive eye, straight front and strong hindquarters. She has plenty of bone and scores in topline and tailset. Once settled, moved out well, fore and aft. 1. Stevensons Brickin Miss Unruly. Well made and showed herself off so well. Would like a little more of her, but she is balanced and scores in head and has a well shaped dark expressive eye, with just enough neck, a level topline and good tailset. Free mover. 1. Armstrong & Lawrances Elantiz Mockingjay. Presented in good coat and condition, quite a showgirl and pleased in eye, ears and neck with good dentition and a firm level topline for all to see. For preference I would like a better muzzle ratio, but overall a nice bitch who moved out well going away. |
