NORWICH JUDGE THREE COUNTIES 22

Thank you to the committee for inviting me to judge. I was delighted with the quality of my entry and appreciated the opportunity to go over some real quality dogs.

PD (1)

1 Mclaughlin’s Barwest Blazing Star, red dog who didn’t make life easy for his handler to day. Good dark eye, correct bite with large teeth. Level top-line which he maintained on the move once he settled down. Harsh coat which will improve his overall look when there’s more of it. BP

JD (1)

1 Crawley’s Ragus Cob Nut, Red dog maturing nicely, well proportioned head with dark eye giving a lovely expression, good bite, large teeth. Straight front with neck flowing into well laid shoulders, good spring of rib and short loin nicely angulated on the rear and moved well. Would take this boy home all day long. BOB

OD (2)

1 Ackling & Dingle’s Ch Kreatin Extra Factor, another lovely boy who pushed hard for best of breed. Red dog with good width of skull, well set ears, dark eye and correct bite. Good angulation front and rear, good spring of rib, short loin, level top-line which he held on the move. moved well coming and going.

2 Crawley’s The Emperor Moth. Dark red dog with masculine head, good width of skull and well set on ears and dark eye. Correct bite and plenty of substance, difficult to assess movement as he was messing about.

JB (2,1)

1 Crawley’s Painted Smile TAF What an attractive shade of grizzle this pretty, bitch is. Good head and ears, dark oval eye, nice spring of rib short loin and plenty of substance. A job to assess her movement due to loud speaker going off over her head and spooking her.

PGB (1)

1 Mclaughlin’s Brickin Star Catcher At Barwest. Red bitch, good harsh coat, decent reach of neck, movement difficult to assess due to her refusing to get her nose of the ground

OB (1)

1 Hitchen’s Ch Kreatin Extra Treat. Attractive Wheaten bitch, good head with dark oval eye, good bite, decent reach of neck, well sprung ribs, short loin and good angulation moved well for handler who always gets the best from her dogs.
