NORWICH TERRIER
Puppy dog (3) (1 abs)
1st: Crawley, Ragus Scouts Honour A super youngster,Lovely head and expression, dark eye, well placed ears, short mizzle, super bite.. Excellent coat texture. Good tail set, straight front, good shoulder placement. Moved around the ring with purpose, Reserve Best Dog.
2nd: Davies and Tinsley, Morzi Life Of Brian Longer cast and not the head of the winner. Showed well for his handler but did not have the movement and drive of the winner.
Junior Dog (1)
1st:Crawley, Ragus Enough Said . Very sturdy puppy with short compact body. Lovely head and expression, good bone, level topline, strong rear with a high tail set. Moved well.:
Post Graduate Dog (1)
1st: Lazenby & Crawley, Tinkave I'm The Man. 11 months old puppy, pleasing head with good ear placement, good layback of shoulder, short coupled. A little unsettled on the move today.
Open Dog (2) (1 abs)
1st: Crawley Ragus Mr O O'Seven. I was very impressed with this young male. He had a strong head and plenty of bone without being course. I loved his expression. Super tight jacket, good ear placement, super front, very good shoulder placement, well angulated rear. Good ribs. Such strong rear he really covered the ground and moved effortlessly around the ring. He had such presence - a true showman. Pleased to award him Best Dog, Best Puppy in Breed and Best of Breed. Pleased to see him win the terrier puppy group.
Puppy Bitch (2) (2 abs) :
Junior Bitch (1)
1st: Crawley, Ragus On My Word. 10 month old puppy. Very pleasing puppy with lovely feminine expression, good shoulder placement, level topline, she did carry her tail somewhat over her back but her head and expression and super movement won her Best Bitch.
Post Graduate Bitch (2)
1st: Davies & Tinsley Brickin Choca Moca . Black and Tan bitch. I felt both bitches in this class a little overweight. Short coupled. Nice head and expression, good shoulder placement, good tail set, not very steady on the move today.
2nd: Griffen, Brenin Summer Gold with Burlmere. 9 year old bitch is very good condition for her age. A credit to her owner. Slightly longer cast the the winner. Lovely head and expression, did not really carry her tail today. Best Veteran.
Open Bitch (3) (1 abs)
1st Stevenson, Brickin Miss Unruly. Very nice type, excellent coat and presentation, short coupled. Good head and expression. Nice reach of neck into well placed shoulders. A lot of coat on back in front of tail which, to me, made her look somewhat low set today. A difficult decision, pushed hard for best bitch but today had to settle for Reserve Best Bitch.
