I enjoyed judging this super breed, sadly sparse in numbers. Dogs were better for quality here.

1 Stevenson’s Ragus Now And Forever, super young dog, shows & moves so very well, super head, good bite, nice width to skull, lovely muzzle & stop, lengthy neck, well laid shoulder. Could have a slightly longer upper arm. Firm topline, well sprung ribs, super rear. CC & BOB;

2 Crawley & Oddie’s Ragus Talk Of The Devil, another cracker, super outline. A bit shorter in loin than 1 but not quite his head. Lengthy neck, well laid shoulder, fairly good turn of stifle, very true out & back. RCC; 3 Higgitt’s Redash Clock This.

1 Hitchen’s Ragus Devil In The Detail for Kreatin, really good for type, short & cobby, better ribs than 2. Masculine head, strong muzzle, lengthy neck. Not shoulder of 2 in LD. Super topline, rear angles match front, hence even stride;

2 Crawley’s Sw Ch Cobby’s Roaring Chase, very typy, so very true out & back, like his head, long neck. Would like better ribs. Very good rear;

3 Corkhill’s Redash Going For Gold.

1 Hitchen’s Kreatin Hidden Gem, nice type, very much a baby, in better coat than 2 & shoulder in back. Feminine head, good stop & width of skull, OK neck, quite a good front, well sprung ribs. Needs to firm in rear. BP;

2 Crawley’s Ragus Sweet Kisses, in her underclothes, showy bitch, a fraction long. Nice angles, feminine head, well set ears, firm topline, moves well.

1 Stevenson’s Ragus Miss Sunshine, delightful temperament & once she settled so very sound. Feminine head, strong jaw, good stop, nice width between ears, well angulated, super ribs. Topline could firm. Just babyish, but together on the move. RCC.

PGB (1)

1 Watkins’ Ragus Morning Chime, chunky bitch, determined to move at her own speed. Balanced in angulation. Would like a longer muzzle. Lovely eye & expression. Could carry less weight. Level topline if a bit long, sound when got going.

LB (1)

1 Phillips’ Ragus Madly In Love, very typy, very good head, super eye & expression, strong muzzle, well placed ears, enough neck, super body & rib, holds firm topline, uses rear well. CC. OB A.
