NORWICH JUDGE MIDLAND COUNTIES 16
A numerically small entry, but impressive for quality.
Puppy Dog (3,1)
1. Rouletta Prince Charming
Very well developed, cobby and masculine dog with a short, very compact body. Pleasing width of skull, well filled in muzzle. He is still carrying plenty of puppy fat and needs to loose some weight. Firm topline. At times moved well from the side, but rather wide behind. Pleasing coat quality.
2. Brickin Moonmaker
Male on the finer side, he needs to develop more width of skull. Pleasing neck. I would prefer a bit more bone for a male, even at this age. Excellent topline. Short and well knit body. Not willing to show off his best in movement.
Open Dog (2)
Two very impressive males, scoring in slightly different qualities.
1. Ch. Ragus Jump the Gun
Outstanding dog of excellent type and quality. Masculine, well proportioned head. Great neck with strength and length and so well set into shoulders. Excellent topline. Short enough in body, even if not among the shortest, but this gives him the scope to allow him to excel in movement. Lovely tailset and tail carriage. Expertly presented. Best male, BOB
2. Belleville Just for Effect
Another outstanding dog of lovely type and quality, he scored in shortness and compactness of body and outstanding coat and presentation. Not quite the tail of the winner. Even if he is a good mover, he was outmoved by the winner on the day . Res best male
Puppy Bitch (3)
1. Ragus Way Too Smart for Javidel
A lovely light wheaten bitch puppy, well proportioned and very well developed for her young age. Very pleasing width of skull for her age and well proportioned skull to muzzle. Beautiful neck and excellent topline. Reasonable tailset. Very good coat quality. Moved with soundness and precision, especially for one so young. One for the near future, or actually she has already arrived. Best bitch
2. Brickin Definately Could Be
Just six months old black and tan bitch. Needs to grow a bit more length of leg and at this time covers a bit much ground standing. Attractive head and expression. Needs to loose some puppy weight and to gain more smartness on the move.
3. Rouletta What A Charmer
Open Bitch (1)
1. Ch. Jaeva Maid of Honour
Powerful bitch, still feminine with plenty of depth of body. Lovely character. Pleasing width of skull, attractive ears. Eyes on the round side. Moderate neck. Very deep and capacious body. Pleasing topline and tailset. Excellent coat. Reasonable mover, but not quite up to the puppy in this department, especially as viewed from behind. Res best bitch.
