NORWICH LKA 16 Judge: Mr Ken Bartlett (Dwilencia) BEST OF BREED : 6479 THOMPSON-MORGAN Mrs C S Ch Belleville Just For Effect NORWICH JUDGE LKA 16 Norwich Terriers My thanks to the committee for inviting me, also the exhibitors for the lovely entry, I found no health problems. MPD (2) 1 Crawley’s Ragus Walk The Line, a well matured young dog, with nice dark eyes, ears well set, well boned, good spring of rib, strong in hindquarters, short back to well set & carried tail, happy on the move; 2 Chambers’ Rouletta Prince Charming, another pleasing one in head & body, correct coat, not moving as well as winner. PD (1) 1 Stevenson’s Bricken Moonmaker, pleasing head & expression, ears well set & carried, shoulders well laid, level topline, nicely ribbed, neat feet, moved out well. JD (1) 1 Kell’s Ragus All Guns Firing for Amicaro, nice one to go over for shape & size, correct dentation, eyes small & dark, just enough neck into short back, good bone & coat, looked good on the move. PGD (1) 1 Armstrong & Lawrance’s Butterscoth Schnapps at Elantiz, liked his head & expression, well ribbed, good in front & rear for angulation with nice bend of stifle, standing on good feet, moved with drive, nicely presented. LD (1) 1 Hayes’ Ragus Fabulous Clown, typical head with correct eye colour, ears well set, deep chest, ribs well sprung, neck flows into short back to well set & carried tail, in good coat, pleasing on the move. OD (4) A pleasing class to judge. 1 Thompson-Morgan’s Ch Belleville Just For Effect, of good breed type, nice & compact, best of heads, good in front & rear angulation, good for bone & muscle, standing on neat feet, well presented, moved well both ways & in profile to win this class & CC & BOB; 2 Crawley’s Ragus Jump The Gun, another one on good breed type which I liked, same remarks as winner, it was hard to choose between them, just preferred overall performance of 1. RCC; 3 Graves’ Ragus Morning Herald. GCD (1) 1 R Fabulous Clown. MPB (3) 1 Crawley’s Ragus Silk Gloves, a lovely promising young bitch, correct dentation & eye set & colour, used ears well, bodying up nicely, in good coat for age, moving well both ways & in profile, liked her. BP; 2 Corkhill’s Redash Utterly Butterly, another nice one, pleasing in head, neck & shoulders, moved out well, for me just liked her trimmed a bit more just to give a better overall picture; 3 Chambers’ Rouletta What A Charmer. PB (5,2) 1 Crawley’s Loves The Glove, won this class on her movement, lovely feminine head, well boned front legs, correct in shoulder angulation, well ribbed, strong hindquarters which gave her the drive, well presented, lovely on the move; 2 Stevenson’s Brickin Definately Could Be, a nice & compact bitch, typical head, nice expression, neck flows into short back, carries tail well, just needs to tighten in front, a nice one; 3 Smith’s Ragus Way To Smart for Javidel. JB (3,1) 1 Willett’s Debeaux A Royal Flush, a lovely short backed bitch, nice dark eyes, neat set ears, in good double coat, moved so well round the ring, just needs to mature more as very promising, liked her; 2 Kell’s Amicaro Aurora Borealis, not the movement of 1 but still a nice one to go over, front & rear angles correct, nicely bodied. PGB (3,2) 1 Armstrong & Lawrance’s Elantiz Jabberjay, alone but deserved the class, nice for shape & size, strong bone & good muscletone, deep chest, well ribbed, level back, good width behind, well set & carried tail, best of coats, moving out well. LB (7,4) 1 Armstrong & Lawrance’s Elantiz Mockingjay, a lovely one to go over, liked everything about her, balanced head, strong neck into layback of shoulders, deep chest, well ribbed, hindquarters well made, moved really well to win this class, liked her a lot, pleased to give her the RCC; 2 Martin’s Tinkave Brown Eyed Girl at Kirmir, good in muzzle & stop, small dark clear eyes giving a lovely expression, pleasing in front & rear movement, keeping a level topline, good coat & texture; 3 Willett’s Shugar Kjub Razzle Dazzle at Debeaux. OB (3,1) 1 Tate’s Ch Jaeva Maid Of Honour, of good breed type, wedged shaped head with small dark expressive eyes, small neat ears, well laid shoulders, short back, chest deep, ribs well sprung, in correct coat, well presented, moved out well, pleased to give her the CC; 2 Corkhill’s Redash The Merry Widow, nice size with pleasing head & expression, clean front, well bodied & ribbed, moved out well.
