NORWICH LKA 14 Judge: Mr Bryan Claydon (Brymarden) BEST OF BREED : 6178 ODDIE Mr M Ch Ragus Cool For Cats DO YOU WISH THAT THE KENNEL CLUB WOULD PUT IT'S OWN HOUSE IN ORDER? NORWICH JUDGE LKA 14 Norwich Terriers MPD (2,1a) 1 Hayes’ Ragus Fabulous Clown, red youngster who is still work in progress, pleasing head with a dark eye, nice bone, in fair coat & good mover once he settled, showed well for one so young. PD (2,1) 1 Crawley’s Ragus Make It Count, well presented red in good coat for his age, lovely head, eye & expression, nice reach of neck, level topline, good bone & nice feet, showed well. JD (3,1) 1 List’s Ragus Morning Herald, good moving red who is just coming into coat, pleasing head & eye, well placed ears, level topline, good front & well bent stifles, moved & showed with confidence; 2 Kell’s Amicaro Whisky Chaser, nice type red with dark eyes & a super temperament, good firm topline & well boned, not quite as good a mover as the winner. PGD (4) 1 Armstrong & Lawrance’s Elantiz Mr William, red with a lovely head & expression, well developed chest, firm level topline, good bone, well bent stifles, a smart mover that showed well; 2 R Morning Herald; 3 Haynes’ Alantros True Beginnings. LD (3,1) 1 Stevenson’s Brickin Early Morning, lovely headed red dog with well placed ears, good spring of rib & well bodied, nicely balanced & a lovely breed type, moved & showed well. RCC; 2 Oddies’ Ragus Pistols at Dawn, red who is a little finer than the winner, but a lovely type & a lot to like about him, good head, well set tail, well bent stifles, moved with purpose & showed well. OD (1) 1 Oddies’ Ch Ragus Cool For Cats, super headed red with an alert expression, good reach of neck, level topline, well set tail, short coupled & nicely bodied, in lovely coat & well presented, a good mover that covers the ground with ease. CC & BOB. MPB (3,2) 1 Dyer’s Ragus Luck Be A Lady for Sharnphilly, red with a pleasing head & eye, nice reach of neck, well bodied, short of coat on the day, showed well. PB (2,1) 1 Hitchen’s Kreatin Hidden Extra, quality young red who is a lovely type with a good outline, nice size, firm topline, well balanced for her age, in lovely coat & well presented, a really good mover & a willing show girl. BP. JB (5,2) 1 Haynes’ Alantro First Steps, nicely coated red with a pleasing head, eye & ears, well balanced with good bone, level topline, well bent stifles, a good mover that showed well; 2 Smith’s Ragus Walkin On Sunshine, close up to winner, red in good coat, a nice size, with a pleasing head, just preferred the overall balance of the winner; 3 List’s Ragus Hope And Glory. PGB (2) 1 Kell’s Amicaro Jubulympia, red with a good coat, nice size, good head, well set tail, nicely bodied, well presented, a good mover that showed well; 2 R Hope And Glory, nice type red with a lovely expression, a lot to like about her but was not as settled on the day as the winner. LB (2,1) 1 Armstrong & Lawrance’s Elantiz Primrose Petal, red in super coat, with a good reach of neck, level topline, well developed chest, nice front, well bent stifles, moved with drive & showed well. OB (6,1) 1 Crawley’s Wicked Witch at Ragus, lovely type red in good coat & well presented, lovely head, good reach of neck, level topline, short coupled, super outline, well bodied, moved with style & showed well to take the CC; 2 Stevenson’s Paper Chase at Brickin, b/t with a gorgeous head & expression in good coat & well bodied, a true mover that showed well.
