NORWICH LKA 09 Judge: Mr B Claydon NORWICH JUDGE LKA 09 Norwich Terriers PD (5,3a) 1 Norrey’s Fleurnor Snap Dragon, red, in good coat & well presented, dark eyes, well placed ears, short coupled & nicely bodied, firm topline, good tail, moved & showed well; 2 Horsewood’s Barwest Barnaby Rudge, red who was in between coats. Dark eyes, nice size, good topline, showed well. JD (3,1 ) 1 James’ Bakewoob Twenty Four Carat, well presented red with lovely head & eye, strong jaw, well boned & short coupled, well let down hocks, good mover that showed well using ears to advantage; 2 Higgit’s Redash Clock This, red who was not as finished as 1, lack of coat making him look long & unbalanced. Moved & showed OK. PGD (3,2) 1 Lawson’s Softpaws Red Robin, red with dark eyes & well placed ears, in good harsh body coat, firm topline, well bodied, good front, showed well. LD (5,1 ) A good class. 1 Crawley & Tobijanski’s Ragus Star Wizard for Janski, red in super coat & condition, put down to the minute, pleasing head & eye, good bone, nice neck & shoulders, firm level topline, well bodied, moved with drive & showed well. CC; 2 Stevenson’s Brickin Top Of The Morning, red with lovely head & expression, well placed ears, nice type, well presented in good coat, moved correctly & showed well. RCC; 3 Norrey’s Fleurnor Red Hot Poker. OD (1) 1 Oddie’s Amicaro Brilliant Cut Light, red of nice type with good head & strong jaw, well bodied, short coupled, nice bone. A little reluctant on the move. PB (6) 1 Fraser & Phillips’ Jaeva Running Riot, lovely type bitch in good coat & well presented, balanced head, dark expressive eyes, firm topline, good mover that showed well for her handler. BP; 2 Crawley’s Ragus Perfect In Pearls, lovely young bitch in good coat, much the same applies as 1. Losing out on maturity; 3 Watkins’ Baktwins Impossible Dream. JB (7,1) 1 Crawley’s Ragus Cornish Wafer, red who is still a puppy but very much looks the part, pleasing head & well balanced throughout, uses her ears well, good topline, nicely bodied, well let down hocks, very nice one; 2 Fraser’s Ragus Right Little Madam, quality red with appealing head, in good coat & well presented, nice mover; 3 Griffin’s Brenin Summer Gold with Burlmere. PGB (3,1) 1 Watkins’ Baktwins Sunrise, cobby red in good coat, pleasing head & eye, good ears, level topline, well bodied, moved out confidently & showed well; 2 Kell’s Amicaro Ring A Roses, red who was a little in between coats. Dark eyes, good ears, nice type, showed well. LB (5,2) 1 Crawley’s Ragus Very True, lovely type red with super head, well developed foreface, dark eyes & good ears, nice size for a bitch, well ribbed up & nicely bodied, beautifully presented in good coat. RCC; 2 Corkhill’s Redash Clementine, still a puppy but did not look out of place, pleasing head, good topline, well let down hocks, moved & showed OK; 3 Fraser’s Wild Devils Franka Potente at Saltarello. OB (4,2) 1 Crawley & Nagrecha’s Ragus Bubbling Hot, quality red bitch who has that look at me attitude, lovely head & eye, well angulated front, firm level topline, good turn of stifle, well let down hocks, well presented in good coat, lovely mover that showed non stop. CC & BOB; 2 Corkhill’s Redash Crystal Clock, nice type red with pleasing head. Completely out of coat. Moved out smartly & showed well. BRYAN CLAYDON |
