Norwich Terriers

PD (1)

1 Crawley’s Ragus Hand In Glove, well I looked at this young b/t as he entered the ring & thought, if he is as good to go over as he is to view, how many more do you need? How right I was. So much presence, so well made, so fit & muscled, with presentation & coat to catch the attention. Consequently, he went all the way. Fabulous. BP, CC, BOB.

PGD (3,2a)

1 Kell’s Amicaro Whisky Chaser, 20 months, all male, uses himself standing. Decent head proportions, dark well shaped eye, giving good expression. Firm body, short level back to good set-on, tail demonstrates his personality. Well presented.

OD (4)

1 Baldwin’s Ragus Fair And Square, the sire of this one keeps appearing in the pedigrees of the winners, so obviously a useful dog, & again sired a smashing chap here. Great head, with expressive eye & strong muzzle housing well placed teeth. He was unlucky today as he has so much type, soundness & quality, but the puppy just captivated me. RCC;

2 Crawley & Stevenson’s Wychcover Moonlighting, has a lot to offer with a head that is strong, well proportioned & clean, reach of neck, well ribbed & muscled loin. Super forehand giving reach & strong behind so drives on. Just a touch softer in topline than winner;

3 Stevenson’s Brickin Early Morning.

PB (5)

1 Crawley & Baldwin’s Ragus Now You’re Talking, gorgeous b/t who never loses her shape either standing or moving. Ultra short but not so much as to impede movement. A delightful head & outlook. Feminine with leg to afford balance. Charming who goes with real ring presence;

2 Tate’s Jaeva Maid Of Honour, grand sort. Needs to fill in front, but time will sort that. Not quite the panache on the day of winner, but displays breed type & should come on well. Both put down as one would expect, so well;

3 Stevenson’s Brickin Showpiece.

JB (2,1)

1 Hitchen’s Kreatin Hidden Extra, 15 months, what a cracking bitch, thought I had ‘found’ her, but told later that she is currently top bitch in the breed & already has her title, can see why. Super to go over & has that bit extra in attitude to confirm she cannot be lost. Clean typical shape, fabulous coat & presentation. Pleased to add to her tally. CC.

LB (2)

1 Baldwin’s Ragus My Fair Lady, smart sassy young lady with substance, bone & leg. Has body & muscle but loses nothing in femininity. Loved her head with spark in her dark well-fitting eye. Correct ear used to advantage. Top class coat & stylish mover. RCC;

2 Corkhill’s Redash The Merry Widow, has soundness & is a very honest bitch. Just not quite concentrating as winner, so up against it in this company. Just needs to believe in herself a touch more to go all the way.

OB (3,1)

Both display quality.

1 Crawley’s Wicked Witch at Ragus, this one a touch shorter. Scored in head & eye. Positive front with quality, balanced bone. Excellent jacket;

2 Armstrong & Lawrence’s Elantiz Primrose Petal, pushing winner, sound, honest sort. Preferred eye & length of stride of winner.
