I was pleased to see my BOB placed G3. P (3) 1 Stevenson’s Brickin I’m In The Pink, typical compact red dog of good substance, lovely head & eye, well off for bone, showed well; 2 Philips, Gullick & Tate’s Jaeva Riot, feminine & typical, this pretty red bitch is less mature than 1, however shows promise. Short backed with pleasing head & eye, in good order, one to watch. BP. PG (3) 1 Phillips’ Ragus Madly In Love, feminine red who is typical in outlook, lovely rounded wide skull & excellent expression giving a quality picture, good in body substance & bone, sound & in good coat, showed very well. RBB. O (2) 1 Crawley & Oddie’s Ch Ragus Merry Gentleman, takes the eye with his ring presence & overall type, super skull & earset giving him a stamp of quality, lovely clean forehand, short backed & strong quarters, good ribbing & well off for angulation fore & aft which shows in his sound movement, his many qualities carried him to BOB & G3; 2 Smith & Hurrion’s Ragus Takes The Biscuit, close up to 1, this typical red bitch is all quality, feminine head with pleasing expression, good forehand, good in ribbing & body of good substance, well muscled quarters, & enough bone, in good coat & did enough here to win BB.
