JD (2)

1 Armstrong & Lawrence’s Butterscotch Schnapps, an 11 month old red male, masculine & more mature than the second placed dog, in a good & harsh coat today, masculine head of the correct proportions, good earset, dark eyes, correct bite & a strong muzzle. Short strong neck, well laid shoulders & upper arms, prominent forechest. Deep brisket with correct spring of rib, well ribbed back & short strong loin. Nicely angulated rearquarters & he moved soundly coming & going showing drive in profile. RBD;

2 Crawley & Oddie’s Ragus Samuel Whiskers, a 7 month old male, lost out on maturity today, needs to settle when moving but a very promising youngster, typical in outline, short level back, deep brisket, head of the correct proportions but needs to develop, correct earset, dark eye & the correct bite & dentition. Coat in good condition, with the correct texture.

PGD (1)

1 Kell’s Ragus All Guns Firing for Amicaro, a 10 month old red male, showing a typical masculine outline, harsh coat, masculine head, correct earset, dark eye, strong muzzle of the correct length & the correct scissor bite. Strong neck, well laid shoulders, level back, deep brisket & well ribbed back. Strong rearquarters, he moved well behind but his front needs to settle coming on & standing as front feet turning out slightly.

OD (2)

1 Crawley & Oddie’s Ch Ragus Hand In Glove, a 22 month old b/t male, one I have admired previously & again he did not disappoint. Masculine throughout, a very strong & powerful dog with a fearless temperament. He moves with activity & drive showing good reach in profile. Neck well set on & providing overall balance to his outline. Well laid shoulders & upper arms, deep brisket, level topline & ribcage carried well back & a strong loin. Powerful rearquarters that he uses well when moving, in a good harsh jacket today. BD, BOB & I was very pleased to watch him take third in a very strong terrier group;

2 Graves’ Ragus Morning Herald, a 3 year old male, masculine throughout & in harsh coat today, I would have preferred a better front assembly, deep brisket, well ribbed back, strong loin & a level back, strong rearquarters & he moved soundly although a little short on reach in profile.

JB (2)

1 Crawley & Oddie’s Ragus All The Rage, an 11 month bitch with plenty of character, lively & a little naughty on the day but a bitch with obvious qualities & breed characteristics. Feminine but strong throughout, coat of the correct harsh texture, feminine head & expression of the correct proportions, ears well set, dark eyes, muzzle of the correct length & the correct bite & dentition. Front & rearquarters correctly angulated, level back, deep brisket & ribcage well carried back with a short strong loin, a very promising youngster who just needs to settle & mature & I am sure she will prove to be another winner for this very successful kennel. BB & BP;

2 Armstrong & Lawrence’s Elantiz Jabberjay, another quality young bitch, 10 months old & very feminine but strong in type, excellent head & expression, well set ears, dark eyes & the correct bite. Balanced in outline, in good harsh coat today. Well laid shoulders, level back & a deep brisket, well ribbed back & a strong loin & rearquarters. She moved well coming & going & showed reach & drive in profile. RBB.

PGB (1)

1 Armstrong & Lawrence’s Elantiz Mockingjay, another 10 month old, feminine in appearance & strong in type, correct head proportions, well set ears. Dark eyes strong muzzle, correct bite & dentition. I felt she was a little upright in shoulder with short upper arms which affected her movement, level topline, deep brisket, well ribbed back & strong rearquarters, good coat texture.
