NORWICH BLACKPOOL 21 LD (1) 1 Armstrong & Lawrance’s Ragus Sweet Bay At Elantiz. Disappointingly, only two males were present but thankfully they were both quality and also son and father. Unsurprisingly they made similar outlines, with both being good for type. Whilst the sire had slightly more width between his ears, I preferred the expression of the son, who also had better dentition. Both pleased in body, neckline and topline and both moved well. Presented in a better jacket, the son edged it today. CC. 1 Lazenby’s Tinkave Imthe Man. See above. RCC. 1 Crawley’s Ragus Clouded Silver Moth. A delightful baby of excellent type and moving extremely soundly. I loved her head and expression, with neat ears. Good for body and bone, she has a good topline and pleasing angulation. A good jacket completed the picture. BP. 2 Armstrong & Lawrance’s Elantiz This Is Me. A typey, pretty headed Baby who was perhaps carrying a shade too much body. Presented in a good B/T jacket, she moved and showed well, but not quite a well as first. 3 Page’s Winflash Love Is The Answer. 1 Lazenby’s Belleville Vintage Vibe At Tinkave. A beautifully balanced bitch, good for size and of excellent type. Good head, with a lovely expression, neat ears and good width between them. Good for body, with pleasing angulation and a level topline and nice tight feet. Presented in a coat of good texture, she moved true, coming and going, she motored round the ring with reach and drive, I was pleased to award her the CC (her second, I believe) and BOB. 2 Page’s Winflash Feather Bonnet. What can I say about this one? A nicely balanced bitch with a good head and expression and neat ears. She pleased in body, topline and angulation, was in a good jacket and moved and showed well. Not quite the quality of first. 3 Crawley’s Ragus Ruby Tiger Moth. 1 Crawley’s Ragus Spoon Of Gold. A nicely balanced red bitch, making a typey outline. She pleased for body, topline, and angulation. Presented in a good red jacket, she moved soundly, if a tad reluctantly. 1 Page’s Ragus Easter Bonnet. A typey bitch, very well presented in a super red jacket. She pleased in head and angulation, body and topline. She moved soundly and showed well but was not quite together with her handler in the challenge. 1 Crawley’s Ragus Loving Spoonful. Superbly presented, a beautiful bitch standing who retained her outline on the move. Moving well and extremely pleasing to go over, she did not quite have the expression I was looking for and so RCC today. 2 Batey’s Ragus Burning Question ShCM. A pretty headed red bitch with good width between her ears. Good flow of neck into her topline and has pleasing angulation. Good coat texture and she moved well. 3 Smith’s Ragus Miss Moth. 1 Armstrong & Lawrance’s Elantiz Rambling Rosie ShCM VW. A typey red bitch in super form for her age. Pleasing head and expression, with neat ears, although I would have preferred a shade more width between them. Pleasing body, with a good topline and nice angulation. She moved and showed well. BV. |
