NORFOLK JUDGE WINDSOR 22

Thank you so much to Windsor Championship Show for the amazing invite to award my first set of CC’s at their show. I found only one poor mouth and generally all the exhibits were in wonderful condition, so thank you for bringing them.

V (1,0)

1 Nash’s Ralph Of House Nash ShCEx: Best Veteran. This lovely black and tan dog looks so well for his age. He is in excellent coat & condition, moved ok just needs a little more drive. Never lets his handler down.

PD (4)

1 Thompson-Morgan’s Belleville Plum Picker: Where did this young man spring from? Excellent bite, head & expression, enough bone, well ribbed, just needs to body up a little. In fabulous coat, beautifully presented. One I will watch.

2 Britten’s Krisma Snap Chat: Another lovely puppy dog. Excellent head with masculine expression, good bone and a real little showman, constantly on his toes. Giving his handler a hard time today but so nice to see a puppy so full of life. New coat just coming through.

3 Brazier’s Kinsridge Close To Midnight

JD (1)

1 Philips’ Blakens Specially Brewed: Cobby red of excellent type, beautiful head & expression, excellent bite, well ribbed, strongly boned, well presented coat but not the best I have seen him look today. Holds his outline well, tail well set on, moves true going away but comes on a little wide, this should tighten up with age.

PGD (2,1)

1 Davis’ Watercroft Earl Grey: One with a lot going for him. Good in type and well put together with a lovely outline. Pleasing head shape, excellent correct bite, enough substance and bone, just needs finishing off on the trimming side of things and a diet!

LD (3)

1 Thompson-Morgan’s Belleville Way Cool: DCC & BOB. Beautiful headed typy boy, with excellent harsh coat. Short & compact body, excellent bite and good front. Great to watch in profile with a lovely fluid exceptional low to ground movement that carried him through to the CC giving him his crown and then BOB.

2 Thompson-Morgan’s Belleville Expectation: This B/T boy didn’t have his usual handler today so was playing up. He could have been the winner today but just did not behave in the ring. Strong skull & muzzle, good bite, nice length of neck, in excellent coat.

3 Atkinson’s Moortop Mymark Again

OD (2,0)

1 Gee’s Ch Watercroft Boozy Miller: RDCC. Another high quality dog. Thought he would be my CC winner today when he came in the ring, very short & compact, strong skull & muzzle, excellent bite and length of neck. In excellent coat. A very pleasing overall picture when standing however his sluggish and unwilling movement let him down in the challenge.

2 Thompson-Morgan’s Belleville High Life: very well balanced head, correct eye and bite, well placed neat ears. True front, well bodied, level topline when he behaved on the move.

PB (6)

1 Gee’s Watercroft Treacle Toffee: BP & BPG2. Dark red almost grizzle, happy puppy with the most attractive outline. Beautiful balanced head, strong neck into well placed shoulders, true front, carrying a good body. Shows so well and delighted to see her win PG2.

2 Stevenson’s Brickin Country Charm: good type, liked her head & eye with correct bite, good neck, shoulders well laid & straight front with well sprung ribs, well angulated behind.

3 Thompson-Morgan’s Belleville Citation

JB (2)

1 Feller’s Belleville Hopes And Dreams: Good reach of neck, level topline with well set on tail. Excellent coat and moved OK, so very attentive to her handler.

2 Devereux’s Vichea Dancing Shadow: very similar type to one just needs a new coat. Unfortunately a COVID puppy so is not the most confident but she has plenty of time to gain this.

PGB (6,2)

1 Atkinson’s Moortop Bobby’s Girl: Pretty girl with short back and well sprung ribs. Well set tail, in very good coat. Balanced bitch who moved with drive keeping her topline.

2 Stevenson’s Brickin Harvest Gold: feminine red, small but substantial, sassy expression, with lots of attitude. Well balanced movement and firm topline when she behaved. Well ribbed. Feminine head with good bite. Needs her coat off.

3 Walker’s Watercroft Golden Spice

LB (4,1)

1 Tate’s Jaeva What The Hell: A busy black and tan with good shape. She is an impeccably schooled bitch and a natural poser, this young handler certainly gets the best out of her. Her head is balanced and so full of expression, excellent bite, neat well set ears. Well sprung ribs, not as short coupled as some, well set tail and with excellent presentation and coat.

2 Gee’s Watercroft In The Que: very charming quality bitch with a great outline. Sound & showy girl, super head, good neck, firm topline. Uses rear well but decided she didn’t want to walk in a straight line today coming or going. In harsh jacket.

3 Nash’s Tiggy Of House Nash

OB (4)

1 Philips’ Blakens Look To The Stars: BCC. Well she certainly was a star today. The loveliest of heads and expression with an excellent bite. Her neck just flows into correct shoulders, short and well ribbed body. Harsh beautifully presented coat. True and accurate on the move; another low to the ground. Tailset was correct as was carriage. Very positive driving hind action moved really well round the ring. Delighted again to give her her well-deserved crown but she decided she had enough for BOB.

2 Gee’s Watercroft Gold Leaf: RCC. Very smart, attractive & feminine. Lovely neck, shoulders & topline, well bodied, nice firm hindquarters, beautiful shape on the table but let herself down on the ground, her mind was not on the job today.

3 Thompson-Morgan’s Ch Belleville Natural High.
