NORFOLK WELSH KC 24 Judge: Mr Espen Engh (Norway) NORFOLK JUDGE WELSH KC 24 Once again, this was an impressive entry, the breed is doing very well and must be among the strongest terrier breeds at this time. MPD (3) 1. Tinkave In The Groove With Belleville Eight months old dog, well balanced. Excellent skull, ears and eyes. Could do with some more strength of muzzle. Excellent nape of neck. Excellent topline and tailset. Compact, deep and capacious body. Excellent coat. A very good mover from all angles. 2. Brickin A Wish Away Seven months old male, mature for his age. Lower on legs. Excellent head and expression. Neck could be longer. Compact body. Excellent topline, well set tail. Balanced angulation. Deep and capacious body. Excellent coat. Not as accurate in his movement as the winner. 3. Jaeva Party Boy PD (1) 1. Belleville Hope Alert A beautiful puppy. Strong, yet with plenty of quality. Very attractive head with enough width of skull, excellent ears. Correct stop and length of muzzle. Very good rise of neck. Firm topline. Short enough in his body. Well angulated both ends. A very good mover from all angles. Lovely coat, very well trimmed. JD (2,1) 1. Javidel May You Never Thirteen months old, very attractive dog, short and compact. Typical head, masculine, well proportioned with good ears and lovely expression. Moderate neck. Deep and capacious chest and body. Firm topline. Well set tail if rather curled. Excellent coat quality, well trimmed. Sound mover. PGD (2) 1. Belleville Wordsmith Masculine, strong, short-coupled dog with quality. Good width of skull, but would prefer some more rise of brow. Excellent ears. Very good rise of neck. Short, firm and compact body. Moderate angulation both ends. Pleasing tailset. Excellent coat, well trimmed. Very parallel mover coming and going. 2. Watercroft Cosmic Dust Another attractive dog, if shorter legged. Very compact in his body. Attractive, masculine head with excellent expression. Could do with some more length of neck. Well angulated both ends. Excellent body, deep and capacious. Excellent coat, well trimmed. Moved moderately well. LD (3) 1. Watercroft Chilli Bean An attractive, sound and very masculine dog. Typical head and expression, but could not have a longer muzzle. Very pleasing nape of neck, which is well set into shoulder. Firm topline. Not the very shortest of bodies. Well set and carried tail. Well angulated both ends. Excellent coat and trimming. Excellent mover. 2. Watercroft Moon Dust Smaller dog of excellent size, black and tan, just masculine enough. Attractive head, ears and expression. Very moderate neck. Firm topline, short-coupled body. Well set tail, if less well carried. Moderate angulation both ends. He moved quite well from all angles. 3. Littlemount Celyn Y Mor OD (3) A very strong class with three excellent dogs. 1. Belleville Playmate A top quality dog with excellent balance and proportions, overall very well made, he really caught my eye from the very beginning. Excellent length of muzzle, enough width of skull. Pleasing ears. Very good rise of neck. Excellent topline, short-coupled, well set tail. Balanced angulation both ends. Excellent coat quality, well trimmed. A very attractive mover, active, energetic and sound from all angles. CC & BOB. 2. Ch. Watercroft Tiger Feet JW Another very attractive and typical dog, strong and masculine. Attractive head with good skull and expression. Moderate neck. Short and cobby body with excellent topline. Lovely forechest. Deep and capacious chest. Excellent coat, well trimmed. He is a sound, functional and powerful mover. resCC 3. Ch. Kinsridge Cash Point Special Beginner D (1) 1. Littlemount Celyn Y Mor Strong, masculine dog with an excellent temperament. Strong head with good skull. Medium neck. Firm topline, compact. Well set tail, well carried. Excellent coat and trimming. Moved medium well from the side, needs to firm up in elbows. Best Special Beginner MPB (2) 1. Kinsridge Takes The Biscuit Seven month old, lovely, feminine, short-coupled and compact bitch of excellent type and quality. Feminine head. Correct length of muzzle, but needs to develop some more strength with maturity. Excellent ears and lovely expression. Medium neck. Firm and short in topline. Well set tail. Well angulated behind. Well trimmed coat of excellent structure. A sound and positive mover from all angles. Best Puppy 2. Brupurhat Spirit of Freedom Another attractive bitch puppy, six months old and looking her age, still not fully grown up on her legs. Attractive head and expression. Firm topline, good tailset. In a very good jacket. Typically puppyish in movement, but still sound and balanced. PB (4,1) 1. Watercroft Toffee Nosed Black and tan, attractive, feminine short-coupled bitch. Stacks very well and puts very good weight on her frontlegs. Typical, feminine head, dark eyes, good ears. Moderate neck. Firm topline, well set and carried tail. Excellent coat, well handled. Balanced mover. 2. Belleville Full of Hope Feminine bitch, a bit rangier than the winner. Feminine head, her eyes are rather round, but stark. Good reach of neck, well set into shoulders, onto a firm topline and well set tail. In a very good coat. Lively and active mover, light on her feet. 3. Jeava Ring Tone JB (3) 1. Watercroft Maybellene Smart bitch, well proportioned and with an attractive outline. Feminine head with correct length of muzzle. Neck of moderate length, well set into shoulders. Short, compact body. Well set and carried tail. In a very good coat, well trimmed. Well handled and moved well from all angles. 2. Noragad’s Royal Flush With Jaeva Black and tan bitch with very attractive proportions and frame. Excellent head with beautiful expression. Medium neck, could be better set. Short and compact body. Not the tailset of the winner. Excellent coat and well trimmed . Another sound and effective mover. 3. Javidel May To December PGB (5,1) 1. Watercroft Fairy Dust Very attractive, compact black and tan bitch. Typical, feminine head, if a little heavy in ears. Strong neck, well set. Excellent forechest and layback of upper arm. Deep and capacious body. Excellent bone. Firm topline, well set tail. Balanced angulation both ends. Excellent coat, well trimmed. A very sound and co-ordinated mover. She rose to the occasion in the challenge and against her similar kennel mate won the CC 2. Brupurhat Bumbles Legacy A bitch who excelled in side movement. She has quality, but could do with some more substance and body. Expressive head with correct length of muzzle and very good ears. Pleasing neck and topline. Tail not her fortune. Excellent coat, well trimmed. 3. Belleville Hold The Line LB (4,1) 1. Brupurhat Spirits Gift Feminine bitch of quality, she stood very well over her legs and feet. Attractive, feminine head, good ears. Pleasing rise of neck. Not the shortest of bodies, but reasonable. Well set tail, if gayly carried. Excellent coat quality, well trimmed. Very effortless on the move, keeping her balance. 2. Watercroft Crafty Monkey Strong bitch, attractive, if a little butch. Typical head, lovely expression. Good rise of neck. Could be shorter in back, excellent depth and width. Lovely coat, well presented. Sound, efficient mover. 3. Brickin Dare To Dream OB (7,4) 1. Ch. Watercroft Back In A Jiffy Attractive black and tan bitch, excellent type and proportions, compact and short-coupled. Very attractive, feminine head, lovely eye, excellent ears. Medium neck, well set. Strong and firm topline. Deep and capacious body. Well set and carried tail. Excellent coat and very well presented. Moved soundly from all angles, keeping her balance, but could make better use of her neck on the move. res CC 2. Javidel Handmayds Tale Another typey and very attractive bitch of excellent proportions. Attractive head and expression, correct stop. Good neck into shoulder and excellent forechest. Excellent coat. Well set tail. Somewhat disappointing on the move as she became bum-high and did not extend enough with her hindquarters. 3. Watercroft Quick As A Flash To Germanus Special Beginners B (1) 1. Kinsridge Pink Diamond Very feminine bitch who needs more substance and to body up. Pleasing head with good width of skull and pleasing length of muzzle. Firm topline. Tail could be higher set.
