NORFOLK THREE COUNTIES 23 Judge: Mr A Small I thoroughly enjoyed my day judging the Norfolk Terriers down at the Three Counties Champ. Show. A lovely entry awaited me and I was pleased with the overall quality of the exhibits. Thanks to the Officers & Committee for the invite & for looking after us. Also thanks to my Ring Stewards, two delightful ladies from Wales who kept things moving along nicely allowing me to concentrate on the job in hand. Special thanks to the exhibitors who rewarded me with a lovely entry – Cheers. PD (4,2) 1 Gee’s, Watercroft Tiger Feet, mature red youngster with pleasing head & expression, correct bite, good front & bone with nice feet, in good coat, pleasing outline moving true with good drive. 2 Jenkin’s, Kinsridge Chain Mail, just a baby but lots to like about him, typy head & expression, correct mouth, pleasing body for age, went well carrying a level topline. JD (5,2) 1 Nash’s, Earthtaw Owain The Celt, tidy dog with good head, broad skull with well set ears, dark eye, good bite, lovely front & feet, pleasing body with good rib, well set tail, went with drive from strong quarters, moving true both ways. 2 Ward’s, Littlemount Celyn Y Mor, pleasing head with well set ears, correct bite, eye could be darker, well ribbed up with good bone & feet, in good coat, tail a bit over. Moved and handled well. 3 Knapp’s, Kinsridge Top Banana. PGD (3) 1 Thompson-Morgan’s, Belleville Playmate, upto size red with crackin head, broad with well set ears, good muzzle & bite, nice eye, balanced neck to well laid shoulders, lovely front & feet, well ribbed body with strong quarters, went with drive carrying a level topline. 2 Harrison’s, Jacquidon Rich Tea, pleasing head & expression on this red typy dog, correct mouth, presented a balanced outline & of nice size, pleasing body & quarters with well set tail, went well. 3 Jones, Jaeva Raising Hell. LD (5,3) 1 Jenkin’s, Kinsridge Cash Point, lovely headed red dog with well set ears, good muzzle & bite, lively dog that was better on the ground today, nice body, short backed with well muscled quarters & nice bend of stifle, went with drive carrying a level topline. 2 Knapp’s, Kinsridge Top Banana, happy dog who was 3rd in junior, hanging on to his coat, pleasing head & expression, good bite, balanced neck to well laid shoulders, well ribbed up, moved and handled well. OD (4,1) 1 Gee’s, Watercroft Spotted Dick, typy dog of nice size & balance, pleasing head & expression, correct bite & muzzle, good stop, well set dark eye, good front & feet, well ribed up with strong quarters, short backed with well set tail, in lovely coat, moved and handled well to Dog CC and BOB. 2 Thompson-Morgan’s, Belleville Plum Sauce, nice dog of lovely type & condition, tad longer cast than 1, grand head with well set ears, nice eye and correct bite, pleasing neck to well laid shoulders, good front with ample bone, well bodied up, nice bend of stifle. Well handle to Dog Res. CC. VD (1) 1 Nash’s, Ralph of House Nash, ShCEx,VW, grizzle dog with pleasing head, nice eye, correct mouth, well set ears, pleasing body, lovely coat & condition on this golden oldie who went well showing his heart out. PB (5,1) 1 Thompson-Morgan’s, Belleville Hope Star, red who won a quality class of youngsters, a typy young bitch with nice expression, well set ears, good eye, correct bite, lovely front & feet, good body for age with good quarters, in lovely coat & condition, went well carrying a level topline. Best Puppy. 2 Gee’s, Watercroft Back In A Jiffy, another good un, nice feminine expression with well set dark eye, correct bite, lovely ears, good front & feet, pleasing body, short backed with well set tail. Moved & handled well. 3 Nash’s, Silverlily of Housenash. JB (2) 1 Tate’s, Jaeva Puzzle Piece, lovely b&t bitch, keen bitch that showed well, good head & expression with well set ears, correct dark eye & good mouth, short backed bitch with lovely front, good feet & bone, pleasing ribbed body with nice bend of stifle on good quarters, moved true with drive. Nice bitch. 2 Feller’s, Belleville Baby Get Back, nice feminine expression on this tidy bitch, bit smaller than 1, neat well set ears, good bite, pleasing front, nicely balanced happy bitch that went well. PGB (5,2) 1 Alman’s, Namlak Geisel, neat bitch of nice size & balance, typy & alert with pleasing expression, good front, well ribbed body, short backed with well set tail, nice all round. Moved & handled well. 2nd. Stevenson’s, Brickin Country Charm, ...and she did cus she’s a lovely bitch, pleasing head & expression, good eye, correct bite, lots to like about her with well ribbed body...been on the pudding and it showed, moved & handled well. 3 Thompson-Morgan’s, Belleville Citation. LB (7,3) 1 Tate’s, Jaeva What The Hell, a wow bitch, alert & on her toes, lovely head & expression on this typy b & t, dark well set eye, good stop, correct bite, neatest of ears, balanced neck to well laid shoulders, straight front with well padded feet, nicely balanced with well ribbed body & strong quarters, in lovely coat & condition, went with drive showing a level topline and well set tail. Never stoped showing. Pleased to award her the Bitch CC. Loved her....well done. 2 Stevenson’s, Brickin Dare To Dream, lovely head on this short backed bitch, well set ears, good bite & eye, in lovely harsh coat, well presented, moved and handled well. 3 Atkinson’s, Moortop Bobby’s Girl. OB (3,1) 1 Thompson-Morgan’s, Belleville Ovation, tidy bitch with lovely head & expression, neat well set ears, good eye & bite, best of fronts with good feet & pads, of nice type & balance with well ribbed body, short backed with good quarters, a golden oldie who belies her age moving confidently & true to take the Res. CC. 2 Gee’s, Watercroft In The Que, another nice bitch with lovely feminine expression, neat well eset ars, good eye & bite, tad longer cast than 1, a happy bitch that went well. Alan Small |
