NORFOLK SKC MAY 23 Judge: Mr David SHIELDS PD (1) 1 Gee’s Watercroft Tiger Feet. Cracking puppy who appealed for his shape and overall balance. Excellent substance and bone throughout. Pleasing head with good strength of muzzle and a keen expression. Clean front assembly, firm topline, tail on top and strong well rounded hindquarters. In good coat. A very sound and positive mover once he got into his stride, BP. 1 Jenkin’s Kingsridge Cash Point. Excellent type, compact appearance and presents a very typical appearance. Best of heads, balanced, neat well set ears and a small dark eye and the brightest of expressions. Good depth of chest, short backed and good width of quarters. Correct double coat, harsh top coat with a thick undercoat. Moved soundly on a good stride. 2 Haydon’s Earthtaw Lincoln. Lots to like about this very typey dog. Presents a pleasing shape and has good bone and substance throughout. Good head, strong muzzle and a keen and bright eye as the standard asks for. Well sprung ribs and the best of hindquarters. Moved well. Not the depth of coat of the winner. 1 Gee’s Sh.Ch. Watercroft Boozy Miller. One out of the top draw. He takes your eye as soon as he enters the ring, great presence and attitude. Good size and so well balanced throughout. Lovely head piece, correct shape and excellent strength of muzzle and well placed ears. Pleasing front assembly, straight front standing on good legs and feet, well ribbed, short loin and well angulated quarters. Presentation and coat just enhanced the picture. Positive on the move, CC & BOB. Pleased to see him take G2 later in the day. 2 Thompson-Morgan’s Belleville Plum Sauce. Liked him for his size and balanced outlook. Best of heads, keen expression and the darkest of eyes along with good strength of muzzle and neat well set ears. Short back, well sprung ribs, firm level topline, well set tail and excellent strength of hindquarters. A very sound positive mover with great reach and drive, Res.CC. 1 Powell’s Watercroft Brown Boots. Very pleasing type. Good head shape, well balanced and a pleasing eye and expression. Strong neck set in well placed shoulders, level topline that he keeps on the move, good turn of stifle and well let down hocks. Well presented, good coat and moved well on a positive stride, BSB. 1 Watercroft Brown Boots. 1 Thompson-Morgan’s Belleville Hope Star. Won this competitive class on her overall make and shape, excellent front assembly and sound positive movement despite been between coats on the day. Best of heads, dark eye and a keen expression. Good layback of shoulder, well sprung ribs for her age and well angulated quarters. 2 Jenkins Kinsridge Brownie Point. Well made puppy of good size, compact and pleasing bone and substance throughout. Typical in head, small dark eye and an alert expression. Short back, level topline, good tailset and pleasing hindquarters and well bent stifles. Moved well. 3 Gee’s Watercroft Back In A Jiffy. 1 Tate’s Jaeva Puzzle Piece. A beautifully balanced youngster. Lovely head, eye and expression with good strength and neat well set ears. Excellent front assembly, strong neck set in well placed shoulders and a good return of upper arm. Well developed forechest, firm topline, short loin and great strength of quarters. Excellent coat texture and presented in super order. Soundest of movers with good reach and drive, Res.CC. 1 Gee’s Watercroft Treacle Toffee. Quality bitch of good size and another that is so well balanced. Correct head with the required strength, wedge shaped- muzzle, lovely dark eye and an alert expression. Scores in neck and shoulders, well sprung ribs and excels in hindquarters which she uses to advantage on the move. Best of coats and as always from this kennel put down to perfection. Moved soundly fore and aft. Pushed hard for top honours. 2 Tate’s Jaeva What The Hell. Very typey bitch who presented a very pleasing outlook. Best of heads of correct proportions, keen eye and neat ears. Well made front assembly, strong neck of good length and well layed back shoulders.Level topline, good tailset and well angulated quarters. Not happy on the move today. 1 Thompson-Morgan’s Belleville Citation. What showmanship and attitude. Small, low and compact as the standard asks for. A very feminine outlook but has the required bone and substance to complete the picture. Good head shape, correct eye and best of expressions. Very clean over the neck and shoulders. Excellent depth of chest, well sprung ribs, short back, well set tail and the best of hindquarters along with well let down hocks. Moved round the ring with great reach and drive, CC.
