NORFOLK SKC 10 Judge(s) MRS S MCCOURT DCC BELLEVILLE BLACKLACE (MRS C S THOMPSON-MORGAN) Norfolk Terriers PD (5) 1 Jenkins’ Kinsridge Top Gun, lovely type, short coupled, very showy, despite rough grass moved with drive, good topline, very attractive head & expression. BP; 2 Atkinson’s Wharfvalley Diamond Bright at Moortop, lovely youngster, good head, neck & shoulders, excellent rear, really powerful; 3 Green’s Wharfvalley Diamond Star. JD (1) 1 Gullick & Oliver’s Jaeva Roger The Butler, did not help handler. Very stylish with good topline, head & expression. LD (5) 1 Fraser’s Jaeva Midas Touch at Saltarello, smart, eyecatching, good head & expression, really good neck & shoulders, moved very well. RCC; 2 Thompson-Morgan’s Belleville Angello, close decision, also very eyecatching with good head, neck & shoulders, moved well, well boned; 3 Stevenson’s Penmire Wild Bramble by Brickin. OD (2,1a) 1 Thompson-Morgan’s Belleville Blacklace, out of the top drawer, could have won in any company, lovely head, eye & expression, good bite, short & cobby with good shoulders, so also elegant, moves with drive. CC, gives well deserved title. PB (2) 1 Green’s Wharfvalley Diamond Diva, lovely pup, full of terrier mischief as should be at this age, well presented, should have a bright future; 2 Thompson-Morgan’s Belleville Fruit N’Nut, nice one from this well known kennel. Shade longer cast than 1. JB (3) 1 Phillips & Tate’s Jaeva Hells Fury, how does this kennel do it, this young lady walks into the ring shouting look at me, short, cobby & full of quality with wonderful head & expression, dark eyes full of terrier mischief, really good layback of shoulder, good topline & tail bang on top with plenty of dog behind it, coped with the ring wonderfully. CC & BOB; 2 Thompson-Morgan’s Belleville Red Dawn, quality bitch, real showgirl & very sound; 3 Hurrion’s Vullassa Top Totty. LB (8,3) Difficult class. 1 Hurrion’s Valentines Cherry Crumble, very sound, nice head & expression, good strong bite, well constructed body; 2 Atkinson’s Moortop Shandy Choice, good coat, nice head & expression, really good rear. Needs to settle in front; 3 Harris’ Forbidden Fruit at Rouletta. OB (4,1) 1 Thompson-Morgan’s Ch Belleville Intuition, quality, really showy, cooperates at all times with handler. Not in best of jackets, but a worthy ch. RCC; 2 Phillips & Jones’ Jaeva Bag Of Tricks, very nice bitch, sound & showy, with time will come I am sure; 3 Stevenson’s Brickin Skip Away. SUE MCCOURT |
