NORFOLK PAIGNTON 10 Judge: Mrs M Claydon NORFOLK JUDGE PAIGNTON 10 Norfolk Terriers PD (4) 1 Green’s Wharfvalley Diamond Star, very nice red, nice type, good head & eye, well placed ears, good coat & condition, nice front. Needs to strengthen behind. Very promising; 2 Stevenson’s Brickin Better Be Good, another nice red with super head & eye, carries himself with style, good coat & condition, another excellent prospect; 3 Lloyd & Chapman’s Douramay The Bisto Kid. JD (2) 1 Simpson’s Umbrage Longton cum Megalex, red of nice type, good head & dark eyes, good ears, nice size & shape, well angulated hindquarters, moved & showed well; 2 Atkinson’s Wharfvalley Diamond Bright at Moortop, very nice but still needs more confidence. Well boned. Shade long cast. Level topline, good coat. PGD (1) 1 Water’s Southpoint Dante’s Inferno, red, stood alone, nice size & shape, masculine head. Prefer darker eye. Showed well. LD (3) 1 Stevenson’s Penmire Wild Bramble by Brickin, super red, have admired from ringside, fabulous masculine head with super eyes, well set ears, nice size & shape, good neck, level topline, good bend of stifle, moved & showed well. CC & BOB; 2 Jenkins’ Kinsridge Top Gun, another from top drawer, nice red in good coat & condition, lovely head & eye, short coupled, moved & showed well. RCC; 3 Thompson-Morgan’s Belleville Angelo. OD (4) 1 Thompson-Morgan’s Belleville Blacklace, b/t of good type, good bone, well angulated hindquarters, quality exhibit. Prefer little more of him; 2 Smith’s Javidel Come What May, lighter red of nice type, good head & eye, well put together, nice size, showed & moved well; 3 Green’s Wharfvalley Kir Royale. PB (6,1a) 1 Philips’ Blakens Dolly Mixture, real cracker, beautiful b/t, so full of quality, excellent shape, nice neck & shoulders, good bone, super head, dark eyes, well set ears, moved & showed well, liked a lot; 2 Thompson-Morgan’s Belleville Silk Stockings, very raw red. Nicely constructed, feminine head, good ears. Not helping handler; 3 Hitchen & Thompson-Morgan’s Belleville Charlie’s Angel. JB (8,3) 1 Phillips’ Vision Express at Blakens, super youngster of real quality, looked so good in profile, lovely head & eye, well set ears good neck & shoulders, level topline, well boned for size, beautifully presented, moved & showed really well. RCC; 2 Hitchen’s Kreatin Kiss N Tell, another really nice exhibit, good head & eye, well set ears, level topline, excellent mover. Longer cast than 1. When matures should be lovely. Lacked coat & maturity of 1; 3 Thompson-Morgan’s Belleville Red Dawn. PGB (6,1) 1 Cooper’s Settrenda Saucy Sox, red of lovely type, excellent shape & size, level topline, super head, dark eyes & well set ears, good neck & shoulders, good bone for size, looked picture going round the ring. CC; 2 Mitchell’s Richell Show Off, another of quality, good coat & condition. Longer cast. Good topline, nice head & eye, good ears, moved & showed well; 3 Simpson’s Megalex Elusive Dream. LB (4,1) 1 Hurrion’s Valentines Cherry Crumble, light red of good type, very nice head, good eyes, good neck & level topline, moved & showed well; 2 Hitchen & Thompson-Morgan’s Belleville China Lace, red, good coat & condition, good head, dark eyes, good ears, showed well; 3 Deveraux’s Vichea Dot And Carry. OB (4,1) 1 Matell’s Cracknor Custom Made, quality red of excellent type, nice size with good bone, lovely head & eye, good neck & shoulders. Tended to lose topline. Moved & showed well; 2 Howard’s Hatchwood Fireworks, good type red, well constructed, good size, level topline, nice head & eye, well set ears, moved & showed well; 3 Atkinson’s Moortop Marys Choice.
