Puppy - Dog (2,1)

1 Woolnough’s
Northwool Rusty At Romance, good expression with dark eye, moved well keeping level topline would prefer a little shorter body.

1 Horne’s
Marchdens Mark My Words, lovely head with strong muzzle and neat ears, short cobby body, a quality coat, well presented, a promising youngster;

2 Thompson-Morgan’s Belleville Call Of Duty, another promising youngster, b&t with excellent harsh coat, nice head and expression and good mouth, good neck and shoulder, rather unsettled on the move, a close decision.

Under Graduate - Dog (1,0)

1 Hilditch’s

Post Graduate - Dog (1,0)
1 Brown’s
Dajeans Dotty Digger, a longer cast type, moved and showed well, the presentation of the coat could be improved.

Limit - Dog (4,1)

1 Gee’s
Watercroft Chilli Pepper, a very nice head with good width of skull and strong muzzle, a cobby body with well sprung ribs, very well presented coat giving good outline, kept level topline on the move;

2 Atkinson’s Charlie Blake at Moortop, a nice type with pleasing head with good stop and dark eye, cobby body with short back, correct harsh red coat but playing up his handler today;

3 Britten’s Krisma Dark N’Stormy, a b&t in very good harsh coat, expressive head with well defined stop, well made body with well sprung ribs, being rather naughty today which probably made him move rather close behind.

Open - Dog (5,1)

1 Atkinson’s
Blakens I Look To You, a lovely type, a real masculine dog with strong head, good bite, a beautiful coat well presented, short cobby body, well let down hocks, moved well both ways, showed well, Best B&T, CC, RBIS;

2 Newton’s Ch Strathinver Sea The Stars, a slightly finer type but attractive dog, pleasing head with good dark eye, good neck and shoulder, not moving quite as well as 1, RCC;

Jaeva Keen As Mustard NAF, a lovely feminine head and expression with good mouth and dark eye in very full puppy coat, well presented, a cobby body with well set tail, moved and showed well BPB;

2 Graves’ Nicnips Indulgence, a very animated feminine bitch slightly longer cast than 1 and not quite as mature.

Puppy - Bitch (8,2)

1 Gee’s
Watercroft Diamons N’Pearls, a pleasing feminine head correct bite and dark eye, good front and short compact body with good angulation behind which she used to move well;
2 Jenkins’ Kinsridge No’s The Score, a little immature compared to 1 but nonetheless a very attractive puppy with good front and short body;

3 Gardener’s Northwool Jenni And Romance at Danalas, a stronger type bitch with a good mouth, slightly round eye, a lovely harsh red coat showed very steadily for a puppy.

Junior - Bitch (9,2)

1 Thompson-Morgan’s
Belleville Ovation, a mature young bitch, like her head and dark expressive eyes, nice neck and shoulders and straight front shown in well presented harsh coat but gave her handler a hard time;

2 Hurrion’s Villassa Too Choosi, not as mature as 1, very nice feminine head and expression, sound short coupled body and gave her all in showing, her time will come;

3 Atkinson’s Moortop Clear Choice, this bitch decided to give her handler a really hard time, a pleasing head with good strong muzzle, true varmint terrier expression, short body with well sprung ribs, good angulation behind, moving with drive.

Novice - Bitch (3,0)

1 Graves’
Nicnips Indulgence;

2 Brackner’s Watercroft Shotgun Wedding, a mature bitch with nice head and strong body, but was not going to give her all;

3 Woolnough’s Jaeva Fine Romance, 4 yr old of finer type, smaller head, moved and showed steadily.

Jenkins’ Kinsridge Hey Ho, a red wheaten who really took my eye with very good head and expression, a good bite with lovely large teeth, short coupled giving nice outline, well set tail, moved well keeping level topline;

2 Hurrion’s Villassa Too Choosi;

3 Stevenson’s Brickin Full Of Pose, lovely b&t bitch, well balanced with cobby body, well sprung ribs and good front and rear angulation, quality coat, unfortunately something really upset her.

Post Graduate - Bitch (7,2)

1 Hurrion’s
Villassa Too Choosi, won this class on showmanship and movement, a very nice cobby young bitch who should mature well;

2 Saltmarsh’s Pipridges Holly, a more mature bitch, a good terrier type with nice head, slightly longer muzzle, just a little bit put off on the move;

3 Devereux’s Vichea Cash And Carry, a feminine head with keen expression with neat ears and dark eye, short coupled body with good hindquarters, another not making it easy for her handler.

Limit - Bitch (6,2)

1 Gee’s Watercroft Pick Of The Pops
, an attractive well shaped head with strong muzzle, good dark eye and expression, cobby well balanced body, moved well holding topline;

3 Stevenson’s Brickin Simplicity, another nice b&t, well balanced body, well sprung ribs, attractive head with good expression, slightly hesitant on the move.

Open - Bitch (9,2)

1 Britten’s Krisma Nip In The Air, loved her type, such an attractive head and true terrier expression, good ear set, a balanced outline with compact body, excellent straight front and well muscled behind which some lack, giving correct driving movement, lovely harsh coat, moved well both ways with such enthusiasm, CC and BIS;

2 Jenkins’ Ch Kinsridge Top Tip, a smaller frame but well balanced, very attractive head with good width to skull, good bite with big strong teeth, short coupled body in very good coat, so well presented, moved well, RCC;

3 Phillips’ Blakens Tootie Fruitie, a very typy bitch, lovely feminine head with correct dark eye and good bite, straight front, well bodied, good harsh coat well presented as always from this kennel, moved well with drive.

Veteran - Bitch (4,3)

1 Hurrion’s
Ch Valentines Cherry Crumble, nearly 9 and still loving showing, feminine head and expression, slightly fuller dark eye, in good harsh coat, moved well with enthusiasm, BV.

Special Beginners - Bitch (1,0)

1 Macartney’s
, 10 months old, nice head and expression, dark eye but would prefer it a little smaller, good body well up to size, moved and showed well.

JUNIOR HANDLING

Class A
6-11 years (1,0)
1 Sophie Hilditch, age 9, a kind handler who needs just a little more confidence in her handling. This will transfer to the dog and give a more positive performance for both dog and handler.

Class B 12-16 years (1,0)

1 Isobel West, 15 yrs, a lovely handler who showed with sympathy yet confident of her charge. Showed the teeth well and did plenty of talking to her dog. Lovely shape patterns. A pleasure to award BJH.
