There were many exhibits in both sexes I would happily have signed a CC for and I was impressed by the overall quality of the breed. Needless to say, temperaments were excellent. MPD (1) 1 Atkinson, Belleville Just Call Me At Manybrook. A real baby but with good breadth of skull, neat ears, dark oval eye and good strong mouth. Well ribbed for age with good topline and tailset. Very typey and once settled he moved very well. PD (3) 1 Gee, Watercroft Calling Time. Beautifully balanced with a pleasing head and keen expression. Very good body, short loin and excellent spring of rib. Good topline and tailset. A really good showman in excellent condition who moved out well with some proplusion from the rear. 2 Stevenson, Brickin Quite By Chance. Another good quality youngster, not the maturity of the winner as yet. Dark, keen eye, correct mouth. Good straight legs and thickly padded feet. True both coming and going. 3 Walker, Roxypark Spring Time. JD (4) 1 Jenkins, Kinsridge Witty Banter. An exciting youngster who should make a name for himself. Good breadth of head, dark intelligent eye, strong white teeth. Good forehand, cobby compact body with first class topline and tailset. Harsh well prepared jacket. Well angulated and his movement is exemplary. Best Puppy. 2 Hurrion, Villassa Jack Daniels. Possesses a grand head, good bone, legs and feet. Not quite as finished as the winner as yet but he too has a good topline and well carried tail. Moved out well with some drive from the rear. 3 Nunez, Cherokee At Treehouse. PGD (3,1) 1 Walshe, Beritas The Name's Bond. Good breadth of skull, dark eye and good bite. Good length and spring of rib with hard topline and well set tail. Good quarters. Typey and he too has a very good profile action. Decent harsh jacket. LD (3,1) 1 Stevenson, Brickin Pot Of Pickle. Beautifully balanced with a short, well ribbed body, excellent topline and tailset with plenty behind the tail. Good breadth of head, neat ears and good eye. Shown in a good coat that is a very harsh texture. Strong well angulated hindquarters enabled him to move soundly with plenty of drive. 2 Atkinson, Charlie Blake At Moortop. In no way disgraced by standing second to the winner. He too is a very good moving dog with a lovely character. Pleasing masculine head with dark keen eye. Well ribbed, sturdy body with good topline. Good jacket. Very pleasing for both type and quality. OD (3,1) 1 Gullick and Van-Stuivenberg, Ch Arderry Penny Red To Jaeva. Good breadth of skull, neat ears and good eye.
