It seemed that conditions at this show were just right for Norfolks, short grass, flat ground, not concealing their legs and plenty of room to move and show their happy personalities.

A good class of youngsters to start my judging day.

1. Gee’s Watercroft Tea Leaf. A well balanced youngster. Correct size and short in back and cobby. Typical head and dark eye. Good coat that was in full bloom today. I liked his showmanship and he moved freely, making the most of himself in the challenge. RDCC

2. Jenkins’ Kinsridge Talking Point. Another quality young man. Very good to go over, with excellent bone and super head. Time is needed for this boy to deepen in chest. As he was short of coat today, he appeared very raw and longer than he really is, as he is short coupled. Very free on the move.

3. Thompson-Morgan’s Belleville High Life

PGD 2 (0 abs)

1. Simpson’s Brickin Wish Me Luck at Megalex. An impressive dog with a beautiful head and ears. Generally well constructed with deep body and well off for bone. Would like him a touch shorter in the back. Gave a good account of himself on the move, with powerful hindquarters and responding very well to his handler.

2. Mitchell’s Jaeva Wolf Whistle. A very happy showman and especially friendly on the table! He has a strong head and excellent expression. Good construction.

LD 3 (0 abs)

1. Thompson-Morgan’s Belleville Way Cool. Good size and short in back. Broad in skull and strong muzzle. Good reach of neck and decent tail. Moved well in his class but was difficult for his handler in the challenge.

2. Gee’s Watercroft Brown Sugar. Striking red dog that holds himself well on the move. Broad head and strong muzzle, darkest of eyes. Good on the move. Sadly he was out of coat today.

3. Atkinson’s Moortop Mymarkagain

OD 2 (abs 0)

1. Thompson- Morgan’s Belleville Crumble Topping. Masculine dog with a strong head. Correct reach of neck running into well laid, clean shoulders, short back and well muscled hindquarters. Tail a little tight to the back. Powerful mover. Would not want him any bigger. DCC

2. Smith’s Ch Javidel Despicable May. Attractive dog, good head and expression, short back and deep in chest. Good for type but not as good in shoulder as 1 and not moving as freely

VB

1. MaCartney’s Nordalset Little Bit of Sunshine for Ivrig. 9 years old in excellent shape. Decent head, hard coat and good tail.
Great muscle on hindquarters. She moved and showed really well

PB 7 (abs 3)

1. Jenkins’ Kinsridge Tippy Toes. Feminine young lady with a lot of charm. Good head with neat ears. Super profile with good reach of neck running into clean well laid shoulders. Short coupled, well angulated and short in back. Moves very freely. BP

2. Watercroft On Your Marks. Another quality puppy and still very much a baby. Good head, well placed ears, short in back, in good coat and condition.

3. Smith’s Javidel May I Present

JB 2 (abs 1)

1. Thompson-Morgan’s Belleville Natural High. Short backed bitch with good body and substance and good reach of neck and shoulder placement. Shown in excellent coat. Very good front movement when settled.

PGB 4 (abs 1)

1. Dragon’s From Dash Mountain Farm’s High Falue Jaeva. Attractive black and tan in excellent coat and condition. Pleasing
head, well set ears and dark eyes. Well balanced. Moved well and was totally in sync with her handler.

2. Stevenson’s Brickin Tell Me All. Well constructed bitch, feminine head and expression, broad in skull and dark in eye. Moved well.

3. MaCartney’s Ivrig Dancing in the Sun.

LB 3 (abs 2)

1. Phillips’ Blakens Look to the Stars Beautiful black and tan bitch with good bone and substance but still feminine. Broad

skull with neat well placed ears, dark eye, and strong muzzle. Deep in chest. Strong quarters that she employed well on the move. Very well presented, in excellent coat and condition. BCC, BOB

OB 2 (abs 1)

1 Gee’s Watercroft Sticky Toffee. Striking red girl of lovely type. Excellent head, good ear carriage and dark eye. Well balanced and short coupled. In her prime and making the most of herself. Close up in the challenge. RBCC
