NORFOLK JUDGE CITY OF BIRMINGHAM 24

Thank you for the good entry, the hall with its grates under the carpet and the noise was off-putting for quite a few young exhibits resulting in a couple of withdrawals. Many thanks to my stewards Joyce and Mark Collins.

SBD 1(0)

1. Harrison’s Jacquidon Rich Tea. 3 years old, smart little dog who is a touch long for balance but full of type in head, cobbiness, coat and a very smart mover carrying himself with firm top-line, a touch long in muzzle but good skull, eye and expression, BSpB.

PD 4(1)

1. Owens’ Brickin A Wish Away. 8 months, forward in body and rib and with good coat, good head proportions and wide jaw, can be better in front action.

2. Gee’s Watercroft Copywright. 6 months, raw baby of lovely coat and colour and he moved smartly, good quarters, legs and feet, needs time to develop in rib and head.

JD 2(1)

1. Smith’s Javidel May You Never. 13 months, compact and cobby, coat of good texture but making him look a touch short in neck, good skull, muzzle can be wider, very good rear action, can firm up in front, BJ.

PGD 6(1)

1. Thompson-Morgan’s Belleville Wordsmith. 2 year old, top size dog but scored in cobbiness and coat to win this, good skull, foreface a touch long, good legs and feet and good quarters, could be a little shorter in couplings.

2. Gee’s Watercroft Chilli Bean. 22 months, he has a lovely neck and shoulder and used his good quarters well, looks a little long at the moment as he is not finished in rib and is between coats, good mover especially in rear.

3. Wren’s Jaeva Strut Your Stuff.

LD 3(0)

1. Gee’s Watercroft Moon Dust. 19 months, black/tan, small and low to ground but moved freely with good quarters, good head proportions, I would prefer a wider jaw, good quarters, tail a little tight.

2. Harrison’s Jacquidon Rich Tea. Repeat.

3. Darnell’s Jacquidon Hot Off The Press.

OD 3(0)

3 dogs of different types.

1. Thompson-Morgan’s Belleville Playmate. 2 years old, comfortable winner of this class, combines cobbiness with freedom of action, excellent neck and shoulder giving him good reach in front, in excellent coat, good head proportions and wide jaw, DCC & BOB.

2. Gee’s Ch. Watercroft Tiger Feet JW. 2 years, a little longer for balance, good bone and feet and good rear action, good coat, top-line and tail set, I preferred ribs and front action of winner, won this place on top-line and rear action, RDCC.

3. Jenkins’ Ch. Kinsridge Cash Point.

VB 1(0)

1. Philip’s Nordalset Warm and Fuzzy. 7 years old, in good form, carried herself well, well ribbed and with good quarters, could be tighter in front movement and feet, feminine head and dark eye, top-line just a touch slack today, BV.

PB 7(0)

1. Gee’s Watercroft Toffee Nosed. 9 months, black/tan, compact and cobby, she is low set with good head and jaw, I’d prefer a little more bone, good mover.

2. Tate’s On The Run at Jaeva NAF TAF. 8 months, lovely puppy in excellent coat and with very good head, needs a touch more neck and this will be helped when she loses a little weight, a touch wide in front action but she has lovely type.

3. Jenkins’ Kinsridge Takes The Biscuit.

JB 6(0)

1. Tate’s Jaeva Ring Tone TAF. 11 months, lovely puppy, short and very well balanced, lovely head with good skull, good bone, excellent tail set, when she settled went well and had the finish of rib and body to take BP.

2. Smith’s Javidel May To December. 15 months, excellent body and in good coat, cobby with excellent quarters, excellent rear, I preferred foreface and front action of winner. 3. Mullan’s Watercroft Maybellene.

PGB 3(0)

1. Gee’s Watercroft Fairy Dust. 19 months, lovely black/tan who appealed greatly on the table and she went very well at both ends, in excellent coat, very good top-line and tail carriage, pressed hard for RBCC.

2. Jones’ Jaeva Runner Duck. Almost 2 years old and cobby and compact and in excellent coat, good head proportions, could be cleaner in front action, won this place on rib and coat.

3. Thompson-Morgan’s Belleville Hold The Line.

LB 5(1)

1. Brackner’s Brupurhat Spirits Gift. 2 years, won on her proportions and movement to take this class, good skull, could be stronger in foreface and her ears are little heavy, excellent top-line, her tail is too tight, shown in good coat.

2. Gee’s Watercroft Crafty Monkey. 2 years, heavier bitch who is a little long for balance, very good bone and good head, top-line a little soft today, perhaps because she was in full season.

3. Stevenson’s Brickin Dare To Dream.

OB 5(1)

1. Gee’s Ch. Watercroft Back In A Jiffy. 2 years, black/tan, lovely bitch for proportions, coat and top-line, tail a little tight, excellent bone and rib, moved well at both ends, feminine head but with good width, BCC.

2. Jenkins’ Ch. Kinsridge Brownie Point. 2 years old, red, lovely proportions and movement, lacking in coat today, excellent head and expression, movement, top-line and tail gave her the RBCC.

3. Smith’s Javidel Handmayds Tale.
