NORFOLK BOURNEMOUTH 21 Judge: Mr F Kane NORFOLK JUDGE BOURNEMOUTH 21 Thank you for a nice entry and a sporting atmosphere. Two new CC winners as we get into the new show season. 1 Rayner’s Watercroft Mark One. 6 months, looking a little long for balance at the moment but should be helped when he bodies up. Good skull and dentition. Holds his topline well and has an excellent tailset and carriage. Sound on the move. 1 Watercroft Tea Leaf. 10 months very forward, cobby, well boned and well bodied. Excellent topline. Good head and eye. Good on the move. Full of type BPD. 2 Kinsridge Talking Point. 10 months, ultra sound on the move which was a pleasure to see at both ends. Carries himself well. Not as forward in body or coat as the winner. His head needs time to finish. 1 Thompson-Morgan’s Belleville Way Cool. 22 months, compact and cobby with supper front and front action. In good coat. Full of temperament and carries himself well. His head needs time to finish yet but he is full of quality and won DCC. 2 Simpson’s Brickin Wish Me Luck At Megalex 3 years old, slightly longer in body. Very good head and bone. Very typy. His tail carriage is a little tight. 3 Mullan, Mullan & McFadden’s Watercroft Pop Muzik At Tamodan. 2 Haydon’s Earthtaw Lincoln. 2 year old who is a good shape and well balanced. Went well. He needs more body on him. 3 Nash’s Ralph Of House Nash. 1 Smith’s Ch Javidel Despicable May. 4 years old, cobby and balanced and I liked his size. His ears detract from his good head. Good rear action.A touch slack in topline on the day. RDCC. 2 Thompson-Morgan’s Belleville Crumble Topping. Bigger dog carrying a lot of body and detracting from his forehand. Sound moving. Good head. Excellent coat. 3 Gee’s Watercroft Calling Card JW. 1 Nash’s Tiggy Of House Nash. 4 year old black and tan bitch of lovely size, typy and compact, with lovely expression. Excellent coat but carrying too much over the neck which detracted from her neck line. Jaunty and sound. Scoring in her front action. Delighted to see her placed in the Special beginners group as this new exhibitor s doing a very good job and has quality exhibits. 2 Simpson’s Brickin Wish Me Luck At Megalex. Repeat. 3 Nash’s Ralph Of House Nash. 1 Gee’s Watercroft Early Bird. 6 months scoring in cobbiness and bone here. Good skull and muzzle proportions. Excellent quarters and high tailset. Needs time for coat. 2 Stevenson’s Brickin Dare To Dream. 7 months with strong topline and excellent tailset and carriage. In better coat than the winner but not as forward in body. Good muzzle and dentition. I preferred the skull of the winner. 1 Gee’s Watercroft Gold Leaf. 10 months, cobby and well ribbed back. Good on the move. Good skull and eye. Ear set could be better. Can strengthen in muzzle. 2 Atkinson’s Moortop Bobby’s Girl. 9 months, raw youngster with excellent topline, tailset and good coat. Ears could be tidier. At the moment her foreface needs to strengthen. Sound on the move. 1 Thompson-Morgan’s Belleville Natural High 15 months, lovely bodied bitch, firm and well ribbed. Her head is balanced with good eye shape and ears. Good movement at both ends. Very promising. 2 Hess & Higgins’ Umbrage Special Delivery. Another with much promise. She has a beautiful head and eye and excellent neck and shoulders. Very good topline and tail. She needs to body up and a little more coat and can do very well. 3 Price’s Umbrage Red Van.
2 Nash’s Tiggy Of House Nash. Repeat. 3 Glynn’s Kenberlynn Angels Spirit.
1 Phillips’ Blakens Look To The Stars. black and tan of 21 months. First sight of her stopped me in my tracks, looked a picture of breed type superbly presented in great coat. Beautiful from head to tail and didn’t disappoint on the move. Aptly named. BCC & BOB. 2 Jenkins’ Kinsridge Tip Toes. It would be hard to find anything as short and cobby as this and she combines it with free, accurate movement. Everything in proportion. The winner slightly better in tailset and coat on the day. RBCC. 3 Glynn’s Kenberlynn Angels Dreams. 1 Thompson-Morgan’s Belleville In The Black. 4 year black and tan quality bitch in firm condition with good neck and should and a good head. Best mover in the class on the day. 2 Stevenson’s Brickin Made By Design. Appealed for her cobbiness and excellent quarters. Good head and ears. Not as tidy in front action as the winner. |
