NORFOLK JUDGE BATH 21

MPD (1)

1 Tate’s Jaeva Raising Hell. Very much a baby and a little overawed on the day but the more he got used to his surroundings the more he got into his stride. Lovely head, eye and expression. Well made front assembly, level topline, good tailset and a pleasing turn of stifle. Sound, just needs time.

PD (3)

1 Gee’s Watercroft Tea Leaf. Cracking puppy who was on his toes at all times. Good head piece with a dark eye and best of expressions. Strong neck set in well placed

2 Jenkins’ Kingsridge Talking Point. Another beautifully made puppy of excellent type, make and shape who on the day had left his coat on the washing line! Well balanced head with good strength of muzzle. Scores in neck and shoulders, good depth of chest and strong quarters. Sound on the move.

3 Davis’ Watercroft Earl Grey.

YD (1)

1 Gee’s Watercroft Boozy Miller. Pleasing size and presented a very typical outlook both stood and on the move. Best of heads with a good eye and expression. Short compact body, well sprung ribs and nicely rounded hindquarters. In good coat and moved on a positive stride.

PGD (3)

1 Thompson-Morgan’s Belleville Way Cool. Really taken with this one and was close up for top honours on the day. Fits the standard well with his make and shape. Pleasing head, neat ears and a keen expression. Short backed, level topline and a well set tail. Sound both fore and aft on the move.

2 Watercroft Earl Grey. Very much a youngster and lacking the maturity of the winner in this class. Pleasing type and nicely made throughout. Good head shape, alert expression, excellent depth of chest for his age and well made quarters. Moved well.

3 Mullen & McFadden’s Watercroft Pop Muzik At Tamodan.

LD (3)

1 Tate’s Winning Spree At Jaeva. My star of the day. A dog with great ring presence, on his toes and looks full of mischief. Good size, compact appearance and well boned throughout. Typical in head with a good eye and intelligent expression. Best of fronts standing on good legs and feet. Short backed and great strength of quarters. Sound positive mover, CC & BOB.

2 Haydon’s Earthtaw Lincoln. Pleasing sort of good make and shape and has a balanced outlook. Typey head with good width and a bright expression as the standard asks for. Strong neck, well ribbed and well made hindquarters and a pleasing bend of stifle. Moved well.

3 Nash’s Ralph Of House Nash.

OD (4)

Interesting class to judge as the first three all had many breed attributes and it just came down to personal preferences on the day.

1 Thompson-Morgan’s Belleville Crumble Topping. Well made dog of good breed type, compact and strongly made throughout. Pleasing head and expression. One of the best front assemblies, strong neck with a good layback of shoulder and return of upper arm. Well ribbed and the best of quarters. His movement was second to none with excellent reach and drive and great side gait, Res CC.

2 Smith’s Ch Javidel Despicable May. Lovely dog, substantially built, a lot of dog in a small space. Best of heads, neat ears, good eye and an alert expression. Pleasing topline and tailset, well rounded hindquarters and a good bend of stifle. Moved well but on the day not as positive as the winner.

3 Gee’s Watercroft Calling Card JW.

SBD/B (7)

1 Watercroft Earl Grey.

2 McFadden’s Watercroft Spotted Dick. Pleasing sort. Good size, well off for bone and substance and presents a balanced outlook. Dark eye and a good expression. Well made front, firm topline that he keeps on the move and good width of quarters. 3 Nash’s Tiggy Of House Of Nash.

VB (1)

1 Macartney’s Nordalset Little Bit Of Sun For Ivrig VW. Bitch that has kept her shape and outline. Well made throughout, compact, low to ground and a workmanlike appearance. Pleasing head and expression, good depth of chest and well angulated hindquarters. Sound on the move, BV.

1 Tate’s Jaeva What The Hell. Such a confident young lady for her age and took everything in her stride. Excellent make and shape. Lovely head, balanced with good strength of muzzle, dark eye and a keen expression. Pleasing front standing on good legs and feet. Firm Topline, correct tailset and well developed quarters. Positive mover.

2 Stevenson’s Brickin Dare To Dream. Another very promising youngster who I liked a lot, but not the presence of the winner on the day but with a little more maturity I am sure that they will change places another time. Typical head piece, pleasing front assembly, short backed and good depth for her age. Sound on the move once she got into her stride.

3 Philip’s Nordalset Brighter Skies.

PB (1)

1 Gee’s Watercroft Gold Leaf. Stood alone but a very worthy winner. Typical throughout and sure she will have a very promising future. Best of heads with a good dark eye and keen expression. Scores in front assembly, strong level topline and well made hindquarters with a good bend of stifle. Presented in good coat. Soundest of movers, BPB.

JB (4)

1 Gee’s Watercroft Sticky Toffee. Another very good youngster from this kennel. Small and compact but has the strength and substance the standard asks for. Pleasing head and alert expression. Strong neck set in well placed shoulders, well ribbed, short coupled and nicely rounded quarters. Moved well.

3 Haydon’s Earthlaw Morwenna.

YB (3,1)

1 Glynn’s Kemberlynn Angels Spirit. Typey bitch, good size but on the day was a tad over weight but still could not be denied her win. Good head shape, strong muzzle and an alert expression. Level topline, short backed and the best of quarters. Moved soundly.

2 Walker’s Watercroft Golden Spice. Pleasing size and overall nicely made throughout. Typical in head, well balanced with a good dark eye, bright expression and neat ears. Not as tidy in front movement as the winner and between coats on the day.

PGB (4)

1 Macartney’s Ivrig Dancing In The Sun. Compact bitch with pleasing bone and substance throughout. Good head, excellent depth of chest and well sprung ribs. Firm topline with a good tailset. Sound on the move both fore and aft.

2 Brittain’s Lexinor Star Turn. Close up to the winner. Good make and shape. Pleasing head with an alert expression and neat ears. Well made front, short backed and a strong topline. Moved well.

3 Glynn’s Kenberlynn Angels Dream.

LB (4)

1 Jenkins’ Kinsridge Tip Toes. Quality bitch who took your eye as soon as she entered the ring. Excellent type and so well made throughout. Good size, compact appearance and powerfully built but keeps a feminine outlook. Best of heads, lovely dark eye and the keenest of expressions. Very clean over the neck and shoulders, short backed, level topline and firm well made quarters. Super coat and presented in tip top condition. Soundest of movers, CC.

2 Dragon’s From Dash Mountain Farm’s High Falue Jaeva. Another very good bitch that fits the standard well. Excellent conformation and was alert and on her toes at all times. Pleasing head, eye and expression and neat well set ears. Strong neck set in well placed shoulders. Short coupled, good tailset, pleasing bend of stifle and well let down hocks. Positive on the move.

3 Philip’s Nordalset Warm And Fuzzy.

Good size and looks ‘fit for function’. Pleasing head and the best of expressions. Scores in neck and shoulders, level topline with a good tailset and well angulated quarters. Moved soundly with excellent reach and drive.
