MANCHESTER WINDSOR 11 Judge: Mr R Allen MANCHESTER JUDGE WINDSOR 11 Manchester Terriers V (1) A. PD (1) 1 Stedman’s Mansiya Dare To Be Different, good size puppy, pleasing head & expression, although ears need to settle. Correct almond shaped eye, well bodied & muscled, good outline, hindquarters particularly well angulated & good bend of stifle, tail well set. Unfortunately movement was a little erratic which let him down. BP. JD (1) 1 Eva’s Sophyla Sam Brown, nice size youngster, a little unhappy on the table, this did not help his handler to show him off to his best, especially using his ears. Superb thumbprints & markings, lovely shiny coat & in good condition, moved very well both ways. Needs time. RBD. PGD (2) 1 Cawley’s Victor James Montague, lovely dog who I have judged before, up to size, well marked, ears well set, good shape eye, extremely well muscled & moved soundly, good outline both standing & on move, showed well in the class. Unfortunately let himself down in the challenge for BOB. BD; 2 Brown & Arundel’s Browdel Potters Pickles, lighter framed than 1, did not help his handler out. Very good overall condition. LD (1) 1 Saxon, Dale & Dale’s Rattustrap Black Sheep, very showy, in good coat & condition, well muscled throughout, nice bone, correctly marked, tail set well & carried correctly, nice rear angulation. A bit heavy in front & movement in this area let him down. Well handled & presented. OD & GCD (0). PB (1) A. JB (1) 1 Calastoa English Rose to Mansiya, lovely outline both standing & on the move, well proportioned in head, nice expression & ears well set & used, lovely small feet with well arched toes, pencilling & thumbprints, carried tail well, up to size, moved freely & showed well for her handler. PGB (1) 1 Evans’ Coombelane New Beginning, ears well set, eyes a bit big which spoilt her expression. Lovely shining coat & condition, very showy. Moved OK in front but rear movement let her down. LB (0). OB (3) 1 Saxton, Dale & Dale’s Egloshayle Sea Sprite of Rattustrap, very nice size & type, lovely head & expression, good shaped eye, good arch of neck & overall outline, in superb coat & condition, well muscled hindquarters & good rear movement. Front not so good, however could not deny her BOB. Well handled; 2 Geraghty Mrs J: Tyburn Laodice, used ears well on both the table & standing. Would have preferred darker eye. Nice size & correctly marked, showed well.
