Manchester Terriers

All exhibits were turned out well & all mouths were correct, temperaments were good & all exhibits behaved on the table. We must try & watch our movement & roadwork wouldn’t go amiss.

1 Stedman’s Mansyia Dare To Be Different, puppy of substance, nice shaped head, used ears, well boned, good front, nice tuck-up, well marked with good tan, moved well for puppy;

2 Eva’s Sophyla Sam Brown, nice puppy with lots to like, good shape in profile. Little unsettled & have seen go better. Good shaped head with dark eye, nice neck, good front, shoulder, good for size, well marked & dark tan, tail carried correctly, well handled.

1 Dale & Saxton’s Rattustrap Black Sheep, all male, plenty of bone, good shaped head, used ears, good markings & tan, deep chest with complementary tuck-up, covered ground well

2 Carter’s Mansyia Witchs Familiar at Alfilador, very happy & full of beans, never stood still on table wagging tail all the time, good strong male head, solid all through, nice marking with good tan, moved OK;

3 Williams’ Egloshayle Sea Lord.

1 Dunford Akrigg & Walton’s Quixol Alexander, strong, all male with lots to like, good shaped head with alert expression, dark eye, used ears well, good neck, well placed shoulders, good front with correct tan & markings, deep chest with good tuck-up, well muscled, best mover here, RCC;

2 Symington’s Quixol Havoc, good sized with nice markings, nice shaped head, good front. Movement not as good as 1.

1 Morris’ Mansyia Word To The Wise at Calastoa, smart looking & of good size, all male but no exaggeration, good wedged head, used ears, nice neck, well placed shoulders, good front, tight feet, deep chest with complementary tuck-up, moved out with style, best mover, well handled. CC;

2 Leigh’s Ch Sophyla Sorcerer of Mansyia, another nice dog of good size, liked head, used ears, nice front, deep chest, nice markings & tan, tail carried well. Just lost out on movement;

3 Pyne’s Newtonian Black Rod.

1 Dunford & Akrigg’s Paucelin Armarna by Quixol, smart puppy with lots to like, very feminine, nice shaped head, dark eye, small ears she used, good front, lovely shape, shiny coat, moved out with style. BP;

2 Smith’s Calastoa’s Lady Of Meltham at Simjest, another nice puppy, loved head, dark eye, shapely body. Needs more time to settle;

3 Leigh’s Calastoa’s English Rose to Mansyia.

1 Freer’s Mansyia Casting Circles with Felfree, smart young lady, loved her style, feminine head & shape, deep chest with complementary tuck-up, arch over loin, well muscled without being overdone, carried tail well, in tip-top condition, moved with style, should have bright future. RCC;

2 Hammett’s Digelsa Double Take for Bryedal, sweet head with dark eye & neat ears, nice tan & markings, good front & rear, good condition, moved well.

1 Palmer’s Egloshayle Sea Lily, nice size with good tan & marking, feminine head, dark eye, well held ears, good front with tight feet, nice shape, moved out well;

2 Dale & Saxton’s Egloshayle Sea Sprite of Rattustrap, litter sister to 1, have admired from ringside. Didn’t put her all in. Wedge head, dark eye, well held ears, markings good, shapely, well held tail on move, moved OK, well handled;

3 Evans’ Coombelane New Beginning.

1 Dunford & Akrigg’s Quixol Pandora, feminine, wedge head with dark eye, well held ears, good neck & shoulder, deep chest, bend of stifle & tail carriage, shiny coat, best mover;

2 Palmer’s Egloshayle Black Rosewyn, slightly stronger than 1. Nice shaped head, well held ears, good shoulder placement & tight front, deep chest, moved well;

3 Forshaw’s Gloryline Lady Jane Grey.

OB (2)

1 Morris’ Ch Calastoa Ruby Tuesday, sweet feminine bitch with lovely head, dark eye, well held ears she used, correct shoulder & front, tight feet, great tan & markings, deep chest with complimentary tuck-up, slight arch to well set on tail, good bend of stifle, in tip-top condition, never stopped showing, very well handled, flowed round ring with ease. CC & BOB. Breeders 1 Palmer’s.
