MANCHESTER JUDGE NATIONAL TERRIER 14

Manchester Terriers

Thank you to all for a lovely entry, I enjoyed my day at National Terrier, we must watch movement & I felt some of the dogs lacked the ‘terrier’ spirit & seemed flat in the ring just lacking a bit of sparkle, all mouths were good.

MPD (3)

1 Carter & Harrison’s Digelsa Declaration, young male of 8 months, very showy confident puppy, very steady & positive movement for a youngster, good coat texture, liked his head, ears carried well, tailset, nice body shape, just needs thumb prints to clear, worthy BP win;

2 Harrison’s Magpiebank Ash, nice youngster of 8 months, clear markings, nice head, would benefit by using his ears more & needs to settle on the move. I am sure these will come with time;

3 Doherty’s Malskred Kaspario Balaq.

PD

1 D Declaration;

2 Noden’s Joemarion Running On Red, nice puppy with plenty of bone, good head shape, dark eye, ears nice when used, markings clear, moved OK;

3 Stewart’s Eulalies Mustard Seed.

JD (4,1a) 1 Willis’ Talanors Super Treat, nice for size, good eye, ears need to settle, thumbprint needs to clear, good body & shape, would benefit from more ring training;

2 Pais & Leigh’s Mansiya How Soon Is Now, slightly taller, markings good, good deep chest, chiselled head, good colours, ears erratic, movement could be better;

3 J Running On Red.

PGD (2)

1 Clifton, Roberts & Rosser’s Gloryline Charles Brandon, nice sized male, head of good shape with dark eye & well held ears, good front, deep chest, coat texture & tailset, moved well;

2 M How Soon Is Now.

LD (5)

1 Saville’s Calastoa’s Man In The Mirror of Dobermatian, smart young male of 2 years, good for size, maturing nicely, lovely wedge shaped head, ears carried well which he used, deep chest, good front, shoulders, & marking, plenty of terrier spirit showed really well & moved with confidence. CC;

2 Ferguson’s Felfree Rocket, I really liked this young male & pity to meet 1 in such good form, lots to like, nice shaped body, deep chest, good colour & marking, head of good shape, dark eye, moved freely round the ring, well handled; 3 Olbison & Kelly’s Paucelin Andoni at Carapast.

OD (7)

1 Dunford, Akrigg & Walton’s Ch Quixol Alexander, all male masculine dog, very upstanding & smart, lovely shaped head & ears which he used, dark eye, good crest of neck, deep chest, in great condition, good markings & colour, moved & handled well. RCC;

2 Renshaw & Robinson’s Talanors Smart Treat with Westbank, nice male with good head & ears, front & nicely marked, in good coat, nice tailset, moved well; 3 Evas’ Sophyla Sam Brown.

MPB (2)

These two could change places at any time.

1 Jones’ Barleydust Fayre Day, a very raw baby of 6 months who needs time, in good condition, clear markings, nice head, ears need time to settle, will benefit by more training, movement OK for a youngster;

2 Hemsell’s Tetani Lux Mundi, lovely 8 months youngster of good size, with good coat & colour & markings nice front & tuck up, pity she would insist on pacing, which made it hard to access her movement, otherwise a nice puppy.

PB (5,1)

1 Smith’s Simjest’s Kiara’s Candy Girl, smart youngster with plenty of bone for her lovely size, lovely wedge shaped feminine head, used ears well, dark eye, clear markings very showy, in lovely coat, good front & shoulders, tuck up, moved freely. BPB;

2 Walshaw’s Digelsa Diva avec Janmark, feminine 11 months showy puppy, in good coat, markings clear, wedged head with dark eye, small ears, straight front, tuck up, best bee-sting tail today, moved well;

3 Sandland’s Eulalies Titania.

JB (4,2)

1 Saville’s Querceti Isadora for Dobermatian, smart feminine young lady, eye catching, good front & shoulders which showed in her movement, good for size, make & shape, clear markings, nice tan, good bend of stifle & tailset, moved out well;

2 Sharpes’ Rossettia Opeal Legacy, more of this young lady all round, clear markings & a nice bitch, ears need to settle, in good coat, needs more training.

PGB (6)

1 D Diva avec Janmark; 2 Keate’s Rattustrap Roaring Meg, nice steady bitch with good markings, nice head with well held ears, in good coat, nice tailset, moved well; 3 Sharpes’ Rosettia Ruby Reflection.

LB (6)

1 Greenslade’s Calastoa’s Material Girl, correct size bitch with excellent head & small neat ears which she used, dark eye, chiselled head, straight front & shoulder placement, nice bend of stifle, well carried tail, in top condition, moved with ease to win the RCC;

2 Smith’s Calastoa’s Lady of Meltham at Simjest, slightly larger than 1, but well balanced, classic head with well held ears, straight front & shoulders, nice tuck up, good tan & markings, moved well;

3 Brander’s Nightstorms Miss Chevious at Menfreya.

OB (6,1)

1 Dunford & Akrigg’s Paucelin Armana by Quixol, this young lady never stopped showing, with a happy wagging tail, correct size, in tip top condition, classic feminine head with neat well held ears, dark eye, straight front & good lay of shoulders, nice arch over loin with an excellent tuck up, good clear marking & good tan, carried her tail well, moved with ease round the ring & pleased to award her CC & BOB, I believe her 4th;

2 Oxley’s Ch Digelsa De Ja Vu, a little larger than 1, yet balanced, good wedge shaped head with dark eye, neat well held ears, straight front, good tan & in good condition, good tuck up, bend of stifle, carried tail well & moved well round the ring;

3 Saxton & Dale’s Rattustrap Top Totty.

Best Breeder (1)
