MANCHESTER JUDGE LEEDS 09

Manchester Terriers

PD (3)

1 Clifton’s Gloryline Henry The Seventh, well put together young dog, nice head with nice tapering muzzle, ears carried well, topline OK, moved & handled well. BP;

2 Creber & Beardow’s Talanors Helluva Treat for Sipowitz, much the same comments as 1, the only real difference was that he did not quite have the sparkle & not quite so good on movement. I think the pair of them will have a bright future;

3 Forshaw’s Janzins Rockstar.

JD (3)

1 Broklebank & Harrison’s Corduroys Icon at Bellbrock, good solid body, good condition, straight front, nice topline, strong head, good ear carriage, well laid shoulder, good eye, moved with drive;

2 Goodwin’s Digelsa Dionysis, good specimen of the breed, correct head, ear & eye, nice rear angulation, well balanced overall, movement OK, showing potential to go further;

3 Symington’s Quixol Havoc.

PGD (3)

1 Dale’s Megellan Rumble in Rattustrap, young dog, good head, nice eye, keen expression, OK for size, tail carriage correct, movement & handling was good;

2 Woods’ Westwytch Zodiac Zoom, good presentation, glossy coat, nice head, ears carried well, markings OK, moved well;

3 Q Havoc.

LD (1)

1 Coolclough’s Digelsa Dark Druid, good overall balance, liked his head, nice correct set ears, lovely eye, straight front, good markings, nice clean outline, movement good.

OD (5)

1 Morris’ Calastoa Amber Nectar, in tip-top condition, well up to size, but his overall balance & quality were excellent, jet black glossy coat, really rich tan, strong head, super muzzle, straight front, good topline, good rear angulation, moved with drive. CC, his third;

2 Broxup’s Ch Digelsa Dig Deep at Brockenella, good dog in tip-top condition, strong & well muscled, good head with neck set into well laid shoulder, good front, well angulated, nice topline, correct tail carriage, moved as usual with plenty of drive from rear. RCC;

3 Norris’ Ch Brookstream Marcus Banks.

PB (4)

1 Palmer’s Egloshayle Tangleberry, correct size bitch, good markings, nice head, straight front, pleased with tail carriage when on move, keen expression, pleasing eye;

2 Knight’s Talanors Special Treat, nice puppy of correct size, well set ears, good for markings, very alert. Just lost out to 1 on movement;

3 Forshaw’s Janzins Star Struck.

JB (2)

1 Churm’s Digelsa Dream Maker of Wystry, young bitch, has all the correct breed points, in first class condition, good head, well carried ears, correct muzzle, straight front, well laid shoulder, excellent topline, moved with drive, should have a good future. RCC;

2 Brown’s Quixol Chaos, nice bitch, rich tan, good head, well set ears, nice front, OK for size, strong in topline, correct tail carriage on move.

PGB (3)

1 Wicker’s Mimbre Solitaire, bitch of correct size, good tan & markings, good ear carriage, pleasing topline, carried tail well, moved from rear with drive, handled well;

2 Hemsell’s Tetani Spirit Of The Wind, correct size, coat in lovely condition, nice head, well laid shoulder, correct tailset, good markings. Could have done with a bit more drive on movement;

3 Simpson’s Leirecote Rosie O’Grady.

LB (10)

1 Knight’s Talanors Tomorrows Dream, in good condition, rich tan, all correct markings, good for size, lovely head, nice eye, excellent ear carriage, tail carried correctly on move, plenty of sparkle, keen expression;

2 Morris’ Calastoa Ruby Tuesday, nice bitch, good ring presence, nicely balanced, good clean outline, good head & ears, well laid shoulder, moved & handled well;

3 Palmer’s Egloshayle Lady Mauser.

OB (3)

1 Oxley’s Ch Digelsa Double Entendre, what more can be said about this bitch that has not been said before, it is as though the Standard has been written around her, such ring presence, catches your eye when entering the ring, the perfect outline & such good markings, all was correct about her. CC & BOB which I understand now makes her the breed record holder;

2 Hemsell’s Tetani Princess Of Darkness, nice bitch of correct size, clean outline, lovely coat, nice straight front, correct ear carriage, topline OK, showed well;

3 Clifton’s Gloryline Catherine Aragon. Breeder Oxley, pleased to see they won best breeder in terrier group.
